I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
The dress didn’t match the measurements and when I wanted to return they said it would cost too much and they’d have to pay customs tax on it. Offered a 20% refund to keep the dress that doesn’t fit.
I reordered and agreed a delivery date, 3 weeks later they advise they’re busy and it’ll take them longer to make. Then said they won’t have the dress ready for the agreed date and I could cancel my order or get a 5% refund and accept late delivery - after my event?? Why did it take 3 weeks before they even thought about making the dress?

I’ve tried complaining and escalating but I get the same response from the same customer service agent who is rude and unhelpful.

Quality of the dress was good, that’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. When the dress came in my daughter did not like it on her. Tried to start a return with the understanding that there would be a restocking fee and I would probably have to pay to ship it back but they wanted pics of my daughter in the dress to see why she didn’t like it, NO. Then they offered me a percentage to take it to a tailor to have it fixed, no. I finally told them I would just keep the dress because it’s not worth the hassle, they replied that they would send my money back within seven days and 10 days later nothing.

I ordered a dress on February 16, 2024 as is. No changes to sizing or length. This is how they screw you with your money: I got no shipping confirmation or tracking number. I got an email stating Cicinia emailed me 3 days after my purchase requesting my size and date of my event. They never did. I emailed back asking to ship my dress as is. I get a new email asking for my event date because if I need it right away then I MUST PAY THEM $15 for expedited shipping. Really? Doesn’t it say you ship within 7 to 15 days! I haven’t heard from them. Where is my dress or my money? They hold you hostage and then DEMAND MORE MONEY from you! Be careful, don’t buy from them.

I have been trying and failing to return an item to Cicinia. The dress, which has come from China, is very badly made and looks nothing like the photos.

Following their procedure, I have emailed (at least 10 times) but have had no reply. So I have lost £100, which is not an insubstantial amount. I am at a loss of what to do, other than to advise others not to buy anything from them.

Please avoid at all costs.

I received the dress for my daughter, and it fit perfectly! I arrived on time and the customer support was great. Would shop here again.

If I could pick no stars I would! I ordered 2 bridesmaid dresses, they looked beautiful online! When they were delivered they had an awful fishy smell to them and the quality was horrendous! I order a size 14 and my size 10 bridesmaid could even get it close to zipping up! There was no way that it was a true size 14! When I emailed them asking for a refund and to the return the dress stating they smelt and the quality wasn’t good they told me to wash them. I then said the quality was still poor they said to gift them to a friend! I would not accept the resolution and said I want a refund! They offered me 50% back and to keep the dress, I was not happy with this and said I want at least 75% back or I want the full 90% that is stated on their website and to send them back! They then said to send them back I would lose more money as it had to go to china (it seemed to me they were trying to scare me on losing money than to accept responsibility and give me a refund)! We went back and forward on emails until I accepted a 70% refund and to keep the dress! These will end up in the bin as I couldn’t possibly give these poor quality dresses to anyone! Order number was ZJCN2226844UK I’ve seen a lot of their response and it always seem they can’t find the order when people have left poor reviews!

Received my daughter’s dress for her sister wedding beautiful! Company send emails to confirm size to make sure we hade right measurements before the dress was sent out . Also sent a email saying it was shipped out and on its way. It only took about 2 1/2 weeks to receive the dress. Will be sharing this company with friends ! Thank you

From the individual attention to every measurement (double checking to make sure my measuring was done correctly) to the tracking so I knew where we were in the process, this company went over and above and helped me look wonderful for my granddaughters wedding. I ordered a bridesmaid dress from here after researching multiple companies. The communication through the entire process made it all worth while. I sent in my measurements and received my dress this weekend. The dress fit so perfectly and looks amazing just like the picture online. The dress is well made and even has pockets. I had a horrible time with this company. I ordered a custom dress for a wedding that I am a bridesmaid in. The price is more than the listed cost of the dress, which I was okay with since I was getting it custom and figured that would save me some money on alterations. They asked for measurements and then they continued to ask me to remeasure as my proportions were “too large.” I decided to go to a tailor to be sure. I sent them over the professional measurements and they continued to insist that the measurements are wrong and not proportional. I insisted they were right as I had gotten them down by a professional. Then they wanted photos. I sent over some but they continued to ask for me for more. This emailing went on for over 20 emails, with them at some points saying the dress wouldn’t be able to be made with my measurements. I finally tell them to make the dress according to the measurements I had from my tailor and I wasn’t going back and forth anymore. I get the dress and the places that they said were “too large” to make to my measurements were actually fine. But the bust, the one area they didn’t have a problem with, was made extremely large. I measured it and it is not even close to the bust measurement I gave them. It’s so huge that I’m going to have to get it professionally fixed which is going to cost me even more money. This whole issue with the communication via email and then the dress not being made to all the given measurements has been very discouraging. The dress I received is nice quality and looks like the photos but the custom ordering just does not work. I was planning to use this site to order dresses for my own bridesmaids as my wedding is coming up but will not be doing so now as it’s been too much of a hassle and it’s not even right.

Ordered a custom dress, gave all correct measurements but dress is way too small. Took over a month and the dress stunk when I opened the bag.

The dress was true to the picture and well made. I am very happy about that. However, when ordering the dress i think its better to go up one size. That just my opinion. Thanks you
