I ordered a dress and immediately I eas contacted to confirm my measurements. I received the dress within the scheduled time of delivery. The dress and color matched what was shown on the site. I asked for th to send some a sample of material with another, which they did. The dress is very nice and it fit.perfectly but the corset didn't fit well. I had a great experience with them.

I ordered a dress for my cousins wedding 4 months ago and paid extra for expedited shipping. The dress is still not here 4 months later and they won’t refund me back the full price with the shipping I paid extra for. This wasn’t a mistake on my part and the weeding the dress was for has already passed. You should respect that people work for their money and if you can’t deliver the product they order you should be prepared to offer a full refund.

I have had a great experience with Cicinia. I found the dress I wanted for my sisters wedding. I sent in my measurements and received my dress about 2 to 3 weeks later. It fit perfectly. The cost of the dress was very affordable! I would definitely recommend Cicinia if you are looking for a dress.

I will definitely recommend this company! After having frustrations trying to get my bridesmaid dress from a different online company, Cicinia really impressed me. They use your custom measurements for no extra charge, they're great at communication and I was very impressed with how quickly the dress arrived. It's exactly what I needed and fits perfectly.

I've ordered one dress from the website. I was contacted by an employee to make sure size was right and offering to customize it if necessary, explaining how to take measurements if needed.
From the moment of the confirmation of measurements it took about 2 weeks for the dress to be ready and to arrive what I find fast enough considering I live in Italy.
Size was ok, nice colour and fabric. I haven't worn it yet for the occasion it purchased for.

We ordered 7 bridesmaid dresses 6 weeks before the wedding. We were contacted within 4 days of our order to get clarification on our custom order details: like more specific measurements, raising necklines, and they even took the top of one dress and the bottom of another dress to get the style we wanted. Amber was our contact through email and she made sure all the details were verified and measurements correct before sending them to production. We got the dresses a week before the wedding and they all fit beautifully. We are very happy with the customer service and quality of the dresses!

The company kept in touch well and asked questions ab the specifics of my size.
The outfit was a good fit and apart from the trousers needing to be shortened slightly, it was a good fit.

Beautiful dress, high quality fabric, made to order and simply stunning! I chose the wrong size (my mistake) because I didn't take the time to measure the waist in addition to height (they make the dress custom so I would recommend sending them all of the correct measurements) -- however the dress is so lovely that we are keeping it and even ordering another one soon! The communication is excellent, they kept me updated on the estimated time of arrival (good to put in your order early because they are very popular), and the dress arrived exactly when we needed it.

I have showed you pictures and video don’t tell me scam it was damage I ask for refund you prolong it so I took through my bank. So don’t give that kinda of attitude towards a customer it was my wedding veil who would wear a veil that’s damage and ripped. This why I even showed proof to the bank the helped me dispute it. Sorry but I have seen bad reviews I shouldn’t be aware of this

This company is amazing!! They are provide amazing customer service and are making sure that everything in my order is correct!! They have real life people reaching out and coordinating so that I get my dress on time!!

I was in a hurry to get the dress, because I was asked to fill in for someone last minute at a wedding. I communicated with Cicinia to let them no my issue and they got right on it and I received the dress 3 days prior to the wedding, The quality of the dress was perfect and it fit great!!!

The pants were oversized. I ordered a size 6 and they are about a size 12. I was very disappointed with the quality and fit. The price was to much for the quality and fit

Had to custom order and it fit perfectly. Very pleased with this order.

Have placed an order around midnight last night and order dated today 1.3.24. I changed my mind about order as I received an email 4.11am UK time when I'm asleep but discovered it earlier today and it asks for other info and nothing is as they say on website so I decided to cancel order which I'm finding impossible to do. Have replied to the email I received 3 or 4 times plus 2 emails directly through their website and tried to do live chat but no reply on any platform whatsoever. I believe this is a fake/scamming company. Am reporting and have already reported it to my bank.....
Edit - 2nd March 2024 - they replied to this review, calling me Anne instead of Beverley-Anne so sending my order number as requested, to them and also putting it on here so they can see it here - "💐Order Confirmation from Cicinia: SS ZJCN2230514UK"
The money has also now been collected from my bank account!!!

Further edit on 2nd March - have now found an email from them (after they've asked for my order number) stating that they have refunded my money within 3-5 working days and telling me not to worry, that all my communication was outside of their office hours - I don't think so as literally, just before they took the money from my account, I had tried to contact them. I know their clocks are different to ours in China but the website states they are cincinia.co.uk.....
Their website isn't even in the UK!!!!

Further update 2nd March 2024...
I have since received yet another email from Cincinia which was sent to me at 7.26am UK time which has followed the previous emails sent earlier this morning, from someone called Viv, who obviously has no idea what is going on. The following is copied and pasted from the email...

"We have taken note of your comments about us on Trustpilot and are concerned about the issues you have raised.

We apologise that we may not have been able to see the email you had sent in time for some reason. If you ask for a cancel, we'll be sure to process it as soon as possible.

If it is possible, please allow us to send you 4 free color swatches as compensation. And if it is possible, could you please consider delete the review?

We treasure every customer and do our best to offer customers a happy shopping experience in cicinia.

We do appreciate your kindness and wish you all the best."

This is now beyond ridiculous!!!! I have also already received an email prior to this one stating that a refund has been issued then this rubbish is sent. They obviously don't know what's going on and are falling over themselves to avoid bad publicity but don't check what's happening in the meantime..... Such a badly run, fake, scamming company!!!

Update on 4th March 2024:
Received reply on here from them, STILL CALLING ME ANNE INSTEAD OF BEVERLEY-ANNE and also stating that they do not have a website of cicinia.co.uk but when searching on Google, there it is so Cicinia - we have a website on Google here that is showing as a UK website - stop lying and calling me Anne!!!!
