SCAMMERS! STOLE MY MONEY $150! Wrong item sent, they promised a refund they “changed their mind” about, now I have no money and no item. The customer support emails were illiterate, difficult to deal with and only came in the middle of the night. There is no number to speak to a person. I ordered a size 14 the item didn’t fit and the tag says 22, they said it’s probably the wrong tag. They emailed I would be refunded, I never received the refund. I sent multiple pictures as requested. I reached out and they stated based off the item weight at shipping it’s the correct item they won’t refund anything. I still don’t have the item I paid for. Thieves! We called the better business bureau.

Quality of the dresses were superb. Customer service followed up with me after a large order to make sure that the order was correct. They even shipped the dresses to multiple addresses to accommodate my needs. I'm definitely ordering from Cicinia again for a special occasion dress! Thank you!!!

If I could give them a zero I would. Do yourself a favour and don’t purchase their product. You will waste your money. I purchased three different styles of dresses to see what would suit my bridesmaids in a normal size. Firstly, the packaging had sticky tape all over it and I almost cut into the dresses. Then the colour was not what it looked liked. I wanted to return the dresses and received an incredible nasty email explaining I need to pay for postage $65 AND they want 25-30% sale to restock the standard size dress, not custom made. They also stated it was up to their discretion whether they would consider them deemed for a refund. How disgusting!!! Please share this with all brides as this is not the added stress needed when getting married.

$6.00 to ship a free swatch is ridiculous.

Dishonest and untrustworthy company who ghost their customers once complaint made, based in China -avoid at every and all costs.
I purchased a dress for my daughter’s holy communion. When the dress came the sleeves were at least twice the length they should have been. I complained about this and a new dress was eventually sent out, however when this arrived one sleeve was shorter than the other. I was left with two dresses, both totally unwearable. I had to source a new dress at very short notice and additional cost. I have been trying to secure a refund ever since and now the ‘company’ are ignoring all my emails. **beware that this ‘company’ is based in China and finding any contact address for them is extremely difficult; if you are due a refund it will be very difficult so I would never buy from this company again.., terrible customer service and would never be allowed to operate in UK. If you do buy from them, be happy to accept the very real risk that the goods will probably be faulty and you won’t get any of your money back.

Updated 20 June: confirmed the order number with them as per their response to this review (ZJCN2232962UK) (and yes most definitely this company Cicina ) and STILL no response.

Ordered 2 bridesmaids and 1 junior bridesmaid dress in red and they are just the colour we wanted! The bridesmaid dresses are great quality, beautiful on and fitted perfectly! We had an issue with the junior dress being too small but some communication with customer service and we came to a resolution - we knew about the return policy before ordering but took a chance and i am glad we did. Reordered another junior dress so can’t wait for that to arrive. Communication was great even getting an e-mail to make sure we ordered the right size before they made up the order! Just make sure you order going with your measurements and you won’t be disappointed xx

Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong size dress originally. Customer service rushed me the correct size just in time for my son’s wedding. Comfortable, excellent quality, and beautiful. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

I ordered a dress weeks ago, what made me and my wife order thru here was great designs available for plus sizes. My daughter looked great at her first communion. The reason I knocked off a star is this - the dresses are made in China. Nothing against it personally, but the time it takes to cross thru customs was nerve-racking. This is not Cicinia's fault as customs screening is random. But if you do purchase thru here, make sure you have plenty of time to order it, have it shipped and and delivered to your door. I would say at least a month. Once the dress came in the day before the communion, we definitely loved the look. Amber definitely helped during our purchase.

Unfortunately bridesmaid dresses were not colour described. I tried to return but was told seller is based in China, postage would be charged to me and may never arrive. instead I was eventually offered a 50% refund (so I'm out of pocket £60) and to keep the dresses (I cant do anything with). I appreciate I got some of my money back here but the returns policy does state 90% refund on returned dresses. therefore, international shipping issues shouldn't be my risk as a customer, when the seller ultimately chooses to trade with the UK and doesn't have its own protections in place.

My custom size dress arrived this week and it is just everything I could have wished for. It fits like a glove and it's so beautifully made!

I ordered this on 20th May 2024, and the team very quickly contacted me to confirm my measurements (I am an odd shape so I appreciated them confirming 🥴) and then I received my dress on 1st June.

I wouldn't hesitate to use Cicinia again. In fact I wish I had known about them 2 years ago and I wouldn't have had to go through the stress of making my own dress for my wedding. I simply cannot rave about these guys enough!

I ordered a size 14 pantsuit for my mother. They sent a size 22. I even sent them a picture of the tag on the dress. They said they made a size 14. Good grief! I cannot get help with this issue from customer service!!!! $165.00 and nothing for my mother to wear! The customer service rep is Amber. And no refund yet either!!! Super angry!😡

I bought a custom made trouser suit but when it arrived there were a couple of issues. I emailed customer service and it was a brilliant response. Julia was very very helpful and sorted my issues out for me. She was intouch regularly keeping me up to date with everything and was all sorted out very quickly i would recommend cicinia to anyone the suit is beautiful and the customer service excellent (

Bridesmaids dresses in watermelon chiffon were very good.

Absolutely fantastic customer service from start to finish. Nothing was too much for Julia. I had problems with the dresses not fitting and needing to order new sizes and Julia organised it so quickly and it was the least stressful experience I've had since organising my wedding. Thanks again and I would recommend you to everyone I know!
