I ordered a swatch and was able to get it custom made to my measurements. They were able to expedite the shipment as the bride and groom moved the date up. I appreciated the advice of adding a finger space of extra room in the measuring process because the lace doesn't stretch. This is my first time ordering a custom made dress and didn't know I could have asked to get the sleeves extended, but will ask next time. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality and fit of my dress.

The dress are absolutely beautiful soo attention too detail and they a loverly quality too I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company I was because because it's online but the dresses are perfect the colour and everything xxx

Your return policy is unrealistic if you want to keep customers. I paid $47.50 for return shipping in addition to the 10% restocking fee. I ordered from Azazie, and their return policy was simple and easy and totally free to me. I will order from them again, but not from Cincinia.

I ordered a Mother of the Bride chiffon pants suit. I ordered the size according to the size chart; 24, which was 6 months from the wedding. The outfit arrived as chosen on the calendar choices. The quality is good, color is a beautiful burgundy and the chiffon jacket makes it look especially dressy. I have lost weight plus I like the pant legs to be narrower, so I am having a friend take in the pant seams.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. Everything arrived in a timely manner. The dress was very well constructed. The armholes were a bit too tight but that was a measuring mistake on my part. I would recommend this company.

I had a family emergency, so I didn’t get to wear the dress in the wedding that I was a bridesmaid for and when I asked to return the dress, I didn’t get any type of a refund.

I ordered swatches which arrived and were lovely and then my first bridesmaid dress out of 6. I wanted to make sure we were happy with the quality and fit - I ordered velvet multiway dress in champagne and it fits my bridesmaid beautifully and the quality is stunning. The customer service was fantastic throughout the purchasing as they recommend adding extra length the the dress which was definitely the right call and bent over backwards to make sure the dress arrived in plenty of time for my bridesmaid to try on so i could order the rest of the dresses. Overall extremely satisfied with the dress and have just ordered 2 more. Will be purchasing another 3 next month too.

The company had very good communication with us the whole way through as we were having a dress custom made and were very impressed with their ability to make to the measurements without seeing it on the person. Very prompt delivery and very prompt responses to any questions we had.

I can't fault their customer service, unfortunately our postman decided to put the dresses I ordered in the bin and not inform us so they were taken to the tip! Cicinia remade the dresses for me, used a different delivery company, informed me on the day they were going to be delivered! Only one of my bridemaids has been able to try it on but she looks amazing! can't wait to see the others in theirs. I've ordered my 3rd dress so hopefully we have a great experience as the first time.

Ordering a dress online for my son's upcoming wedding had me a nervous wreck. The dress arrived! I tried it on and i love it!! Thank you Cicinia for my beautiful dress that I can't wait to walk down the aisle! The color, material, and sizing were perfect!!

The customer service for me was a nightmare. I simply wanted to return the dress since it arrived too late for my event and the best refund they would in spite of the dress being unusable was 30% of the dress price. This was after many emails back and forth with my explanation that I could no longer use the dress

This company is second to none I ordered a jacket on the Saturday with an urgent date needed and they did went above and beyond this order arrived a week later excellent service and communication the item is very good quality excellent value and I can’t thank them enough. Cheap quality and a huge hassle to return the dress.

A very helpful company great customer service I had a problem that the jacket was to tight under arm ,no problem they asked for my measurements and then remade it . it’s now perfect I’m so happy with my whole outfit
