Excellent service
Excellent service. The post office was late in delivering my package but when I contacted Cimexine to ask where my order was, they apologised and immediately offered to resend my order again, thinking it might have got lost. As it was, I did get the parcel that very same day but I was very impressed by the company's answer to my query. The product itself (mattress encasement) is of good quality, fits the mattress very well and not at all intrusive (no ruffling noises, no plasticky feeling or sweat inducing material!). All in all a very good experience and I would be happy to order from them again.

As we always say to anyone who calls, and indeed on the product description, bed bugs are hard to kill and hard to direct hit with insecticide, and once the infestation is well established, you are going to struggle to get rid of them with amateur strength products alone.
