Very helpful on phone when I had measured, ordered and my husband said I had got the wrong size. Very quickly amended to the right size with no hiccups even though there had to be a refund in my favour. Good packaging and quick delivery.

In the end really not much use.
If your landlord will NOT do what the professionals recommend then all of the best practice advice in the world does not help.
We are still left with massive costs. Many, many washes and tumble drys. Lost beds and furniture. Lost deposits. Lost jobs (because she got bitten on the face and re-acted badly to the bites. Nobody will rent her room from her as it is still not clear of bugs. And so it goes on.

The Law should make the landlord responsible if the condition of the flat is not fit for purpose.

I ordered one of the mattress protectors, very good quality and really rather comfortable, the delivery was also very quick. 10/10 would recommend.

We had an infestation early last summer. British Bug Control came in and did the treatment and we were pleased. Unfortunately the bugs were not all gone. So we had a second treatment. I was upset by an operational manager who tried to suggest we had re-infested the house when we could not possibly have done. Since then we have had a few outbreaks of bugs, so we are not free of the problem. As I write, my husband is meticulously checking the bedrooms. So I cannot unreservedly recommend the treatment, though I do want to say the rest of the staff I have dealt with have been knowledgeable and courteous. Unfortunately we still have bugs, which we are trying to get on top of with the products we have purchased from Cimexine. I sympathise with anyone who has this problem. It's terrible to deal with and can strain relationships.

We found a bed bug in our room and were all very disturbed by the many bites that were keeping us up at night. I called Cimexine and they were able to fit themselves in around us. The person that I talked to was able to listen to my problem without interrupting and then he was able to recommend the best treatment and tailor it to our needs exactly.

When they turned up at the house they were discreet and professional which is definitely a plus as it's not something you want all the neighbours gossiping about. Since the visit I am still keeping a look out but so far no more bugs are haunting us and we are all very relieved.

I did order some products to come which were unavailable which I was a bit frustrated by but apart from that I have no complaints for the service, all staff were excellent and friendly which helps when you are going through an experience like this!!!!

i spoke to a gentleman on the phone(i think gareth) re bed bugs and dust mites, the gentleman spoke me through my options without any hard sell, he was extremely knowledgable, i then purchased a double matress cover and 2 pillow covers, the items arrived the next day via u.p.s couriers, even the courier company emailed me with the delivery time, bottom line is this, if anyone reading this has problems the same as i had, believe me you don't have to look elsewhere, this is by far the most efficient company i have ever dealt with, many thanks again, john semple scotland

I ordered a mattress encasement from British Bug Control and it arrived the very next day. Great quality and value for money. I would definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service for the pest problem that we had. very good knowledge of the problem and the lads put my mind at rest. I have to say I was quite worried.
