Safe environment. Everything clean. Great lighting. Lovely people. All very helpful.
Lost 1 star due to regular cost increases. Maybe it’s just the way life is. I’d still use them again.

I used the Brentwood, Essex facility which was managed by great staff. They provided excellent customer service and were professional, helpful, patient and a good laugh! They went the extra mile when I couldn’t remember my padlock code by getting out the bolt cutters ; no fuss, just got on with solving the problem. Would highly recommend Cinch to anyone. Well done all.

Both Stuart & Jack offered outstanding service at the Cinch Storage development in Brighton. Although I only had a 3 month contract with them before moving, they really were helpful. 100% recommend them and Cinch!

Excellent storage facility. Usually clean and very helpful staff team. I've been there for 6 years now and the team have always made me feel welcome. The office team are always keen to help if I raise any issues and there's always someone on site during office hours.

The Newcastle unit has just opened and I'm very impressed with the setup. Adam arranged my contract, tailored to what I need, and it was really easy to set up. Both Adam and Dan are really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended storage and exactly what I need x

The new Shoreham site is great and full of really helpful staff. They went above and beyond allowing me to come while it was still be finished as I was in need of storage unexpectedly. The facility is really accessible with lots of parking and easy access. Rates are more competitive than other local providers which sealed the deal. Worth checking them out if ever in need of storage.

Used the Newcastle Branch located in Blaydon. Friendly, helpful and understanding of the customer needs, No pressurised selling and make sure that the customer gets what they need at a very competitive price. Adam and Dan are doing a great job and I would recommend Cinch for all of your storage needs.

We have been very happy with the service at Cinch Bedford. Abbie and Maddie have been helpful, professional and friendly. The building is very clean and well-kept and has all the security features we were looking for.

I had a very positive experience with Cinch Self Storage Enfield. Their customer service is excellent — Naniel and Dylan were both incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to show me the available spaces and offering thoughtful, practical advice to help me choose the most suitable option.

What impressed me most was their flexibility and efficiency. My original move-in was scheduled for Monday, but I had to change it to Sunday at very short notice. I made the change online on Saturday evening, and despite the tight timing, the team still managed to arrange everything so that I could move in smoothly and use my space without any problems.

A big thank you to everyone at Cinch Self Storage Enfield for their professionalism and hard work. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and knowledgeable. The units are very easy to access whilst still being perfectly secure, and parking on site has always been easy and convenient with the electric charging points being a great addition.

We have been using the storage facility at Bicester for nearly 6 months now . I cannot record the this facility high enough. The staff , especially Leanne are kind and helpful .
