Thank you to all who helped me at Cinch Southend you made my relocation from Spain to Uk so much easier. I was not able to be in southend to receive the removal van on the day it arrived but all was taken care of by the very helpful staff.

Maddy & John at Brentwood are fantastic. Maddy personalised our quote and showed us the unit to make sure it met our needs. She was on hand on our first day of rental to show us. The storage locker was very clean and we felt confident our items are being stored securely. Highly recommended & keep up the good work!

The staff are very friendly and actually remember you. The facility is clean and super efficient. It’s easy to park and there are trolleys of various sizes to allow for easy transportation of storage items. I’m delighted.

Response to my enquiry was very prompt. Especially when I visited the office reception. Staff was very helpful and also the final day I brought in my goods on the 25th February 2026.

My second use of this storage facility in Seaford. It has good access. Martin and Harry manage the building well, are polite and approachable, making the overall experience easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

I have used Cinch storage in Bicester in the past and when I needed another unit recently I didn’t look anywhere else, Leanne is just so friendly and helpful as are the other staff, the unit itself is spotlessly clean and has great security measures in place , can’t fault them and I have no hesitation in recommending their services .
