I am a huge Cinco fan for quite a few years now. The quality of the products is amazing, the design is so classic and timeless, yet with a modern twist to it. I always get questions regarding my Cinco jewellery. I own so many of their pieces and each of them is so unique. And the customer service is AMAZING. The respond time is so quick, the communication is personalized. Whenever I reach out to them, it feels like I know the Cinco customer service team personally.

I've been a customer of the CINCO store for a few years now and I can say that the quality of the products is excellent (value for money), and the design of the new pieces (without becoming a fashion victim) is a concern of the brand, which is minimalist but tasteful. The brand's concern for customer service in both sales and after-sales is remarkable and, in my opinion, we have almost created a relationship of friendship/loyalty with this brand.

Since being introduced to CINCO via Andrea Ali's YouTube channel, I have been hooked! As evidence of how impressive the company is, I have made multiple purchases, and I have yet to be disappointed. First, the items are gorgeous and well-made. Next, the vast number of items available make it easier to fit many styles and budgets. It does not hurt that they often have sales! Moreover, processing and shipping is lightning fast. Last, they take customer care seriously. If there are any questions, the response is professional, patient and prompt.

I wanted to pay with Klarna but it told me it was not available at the moment, so I bought less than I’d planned. Btw, I used Klarna right after on another site and it worked fine.

I love Cinco's design and quality.
I'm very proud to shop true portuguese modern and qualitative jewelry.
Though, I believe the prices have increased a lot over the last months/year - exact same products are now much more expensive.
Regarding the inspirational part of Cinco's strategy - instagram is highly inspirational, and also the newsletters are very cool (lifestyle tips, for instance). However, the site could be more in-line with the other channels - I feel there are not many product pictures, sometimes it's not clear exactly how the product looks like (would be really nice to have more closeups and more perspectives on the product).
All in all, I'm a Cinco fan!
