Poor service and ghosting after the event
Booked CH Events to deliver an indoor cinema event in a hospital for end-of-life patients, but did not deliver the standard of service promised (equipment missing, technician was late, only one tech when paid for two). 8 weeks later and our emails / calls are going unanswered for a partial refund.
The technician on the day was great, so we wonder if he was freelance. However the rest of the service was poor, and we would not use again.

Great
We used CinemaHire for my mum’s 80th. We put up family memories on the screen to share with guests. Great experience, and lovely atmosphere. The event really captured what we were trying to achieve. The team were very friendly and professional. Set up was quick and everything went smoothly. We will definitely be using their services again!
