Purchased a Apple phone charger cable in Carlow circle K yesterday and when I plugged it in did not work and kept driving home and went in to Cashel Circle K locally to me following day and told person was not working and if I returned with a receipt and could I get it replaced. He said I need to go back to Carlow to get it replaced. Why is this ? Is a circle K a circle K where ever you go. Buy locally or not at all no come back

I visited Circle K in Coolfore Ashbourne Co Meath. I paid for and completed the carwash, I noticed the alloy wheels were damaged afterwards with what appears to be a chemical. The quote to get replacement alloys is €650. Called Circle K head office and they claim their disclaimer covers them from liability. I have now made an application to the small claims court. Made an official complaint to their MD and he ignored it. I have also made an official complaint to the consumer agency for breach of my consumer rights.

Circle K in Kilcullen have some of the rudest and ignorant staff I've ever encountered. Paige the manager openly insulting myself by calling me an expletive as a customer from behind the counter in front of other customers.
I've never been more angry leaving any shop before.
Even if she did not agree with my view to have a manager swear at a customer in public Infront of others is something I will not accept

I'll be taking this further with circle K themselves.

I like the points on loyalty card idea, but having a lot of issues loading the app which would be much handier! Anyone else having trouble with the app ???

Not understanding Irish licensing laws from the staff that also didn't have that human savvy either to communicate, 3 Indian guys simply said 12 noon and when I pointed out that its 10.30am (it was 11.30am at the time) they were like a monotone bot.
This was the Dame St branch.

So very friendly staff, very helpful. I wil now only go to Circle K for my fuel. I have been to many different fuel stations and I have to say that the staff at Circle K at the Square shopping center are just so nice and helpful, I have decided to only go there from now on for all my refueling. I am a Taxi driver, and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff there. Its always a pleasure to refuel there and be greeted with such nice friendly staff. Thank you.

Worst food ever, don't buy anything from their new food line of CK branded items. Cheap food and it tastes like it.

Circle K Kill North - Shop and Deli are nice. Toilets are terrible. Have stopped here a few times en route to Dublin but will not be stopping here again.

Today they sold me opened elf bar. I went back to complain and ask to exchange, but staff said that I could be a scammer. I also bought petrol and coffees. I waited for a manger to arrive. When he arrived he started shouting at my girlfriend when she started explaining him situation. We asked them to look at the cameras, but they refused. I was always buying fuel and washing my car in Cirkle K, but never again after this experience. They have to do something with their service. I can’t believe they can get away with something like that.

Shop on circle k regularly as I use a circle k fuel card. Didn't get fuel this time but stopped for a coffee. Just happened a lady said to me hot choc not working so I said grand and got coffee in next machine. At counter I just said to a red head lad with a beard that " there's no hot chocolate in either of those 2 machines at the back". He ignored me completely". I repeated myself again. He informed me as the price of my coffee and lindt bar and didn't even say thanks. Haven't seen such rude service in my life.

Terrible customer service, Navan, Proudstown . Wrong prices in the products. Every time I go the prices of the wines is wrong. Last time I showed the attendant the correct price, she took of the tag and told me, sorry, but I can’t do nothing. I’m not talking about 1 or 2 times, I’m talking about several times. Next time I’ll be with my phone filming.

Beauford .The toilets were so smelly I have never experienced anything like them

Paid 6 euro for 1 ice cream and 1 milkshakes. The ice cream tasted gone off. The Smallest amount of syrub u could think of on a tiny scoop of ice cream. The milkshake was meant to be chocolate it didn’t even taste like chocolate it was pure milk. And a strand of hair to go with it all. Absolutely disgusting.

I want to buy petrol and not have to que for 15 miniutes whilst people shop like its a supermarket. crazy should be one till dedicated to fuel sales only

I have gone here a few time for the food and was OK. Today was terrible service was left for 15 mins at the deli counter before been help then I ask the guy Sam that works there can he toast the buns of the hotdogs and got told it will be to hot that they don't do that here. When I have gotten it don't before and told him that. The staff on this day don't have a clue what they are doing or are just lazy plain and simple.

5 stars for this Circle K on Childers Road, Limerick. It serves a large catchment area and is ably run by Colette, Bernie, Janet and Pawel, who works the graveyard shift among others. The shop is well stocked, has good coffee for the weary traveller and service is always with a smile. Surely a gem in the Circle K family. Well worth a visit.

Circle k Gorey toilets are filthy
The smell of urine coming out into the food area is disgusting

The bins outside are so full no more can fit in

I just bought a sandwich in Circle K Thomandgate , Limerick. I received one slice of ham and one slice of cheese on brown slices and I was charged €4:50 . That is disgracefully overpriced in my opinion , shame on them 👎
