Just been in to the shop on the Trim…

Just been in to the shop on the Trim road, Navan. They've now added another 50c to tobacco even though the budget isn't until the end of year. avoid these garages at all costs, they are nothing but daylight robbery for everything.

Filthy toilet facilities …

I used the male toilet in Clonsaugh today Tuesday and I have to say it was filthy dirty and disgusting. To think this garage serves food makes it even more disgusting. I ran out of the store and would not eat in it or use its facilities ever again. The HSE should send an inspector to this garage as it serves food. Truly appalling filthy toilet facilities. I was gagging on the way out. Horrendous to think a well known garage allows its facilities to get so dirty and it being near a hotel where visitors visit is inexcusable

I had a very positive experience at…

I had a very positive experience at Circle K Maynooth . My car refused to start after refuelling .
Staff member was most helpful , and I bought a set of jump leads in the shop . The staff member was able to help me jump start my car , and get me on the road again .
10/10 for customer service today and thank you so much 😀

I was at circle k Portloaise and served…

I was at circle k Portloaise and served by the manager and she was very ignorant towards me threw change back on the counter and very rude to other staff members as she walked out from behind counter after serving me she slammed doors very aggressively

CHeapest gas in my area and great…

CHeapest gas in my area and great mini-mart. Usually have any munchies I'm looking for and if I'm there before midnight doesn't seem to be any issues or long wait time inside. If you need gas, I'd go with these guys

Customer Service is non existent....

A generally overall clueless operation with an even more clueless customer service team. The amount of bad altercations in Circle K branches is shocking, only reason I continue to use is purely because of the fuel quality. They have no idea about customer loyalty schemes i.e gift cards, discounts card etc, then when you explain what it is they look at you like some form of idiot and you the customer loses out as a result. Then when you express to customer service they take your concerns with least value, I recently wrote to their FB querying the validity of doscount card in garages branded Circle K and surely they should work, they said they will need to check with the team, 3 days later no word back so I asked for an update and was fobbed off to fill out a customer service form and wait for a response even longer, completly useless operation.

Tucso,AZ Circle K Cashiers name Shandra and Martin Positive Feedback!

Good evening to everyone that work for the Circle K Customer Center. I do hope that all of yous are doing ok smile. Also I do hope that all of yous will have a very good day at work tomorrow ok smile. In ending I just want to tell all of yous that two of your very wonderful Staff members name Sandra and Martin which are Cashiers were so very very Professional Helpful and very very Caring to both of us when we stopped by the store that both of them work at ok smile. Last of all I say that both people mention above had very very Excellent Communication Skills and both of us were very very please and yes they were also the samt to the other Customers too ok smile. Now last of all both Cashiers are always a very very Positive Representatives for the very very wonderful Circle K Company that both of them work for day in and day out ok smile. Praise the Lord and God is Good Amen and to all of yous may God always Bless and Watch over all of yous ok take care smile.

bad customer service

Nearly two weeks ago I went in to buy a few things from Circle K including a drink. I had signed up for their new sip and save program. The cashier asked me if I had purchased the sip and save "Pass" because I had a drink. Not thinking anything of it I said yes and we continued talking and finishing the transaction. They had recently changed the credit card machines so I was trying to work the machine and not paying attention to the total. When all was said and done the cashier had charged me again for the sip and save program. I told him that the total was wrong and that I needed a refund. He told me he didn't know how to do that but to leave my name and number on the receipt and the manager would get back to me. Its been nearly 2 weeks, no refund, no call and every time I go to the store to talk the manager she is not there. Service is horrible

I purchase a steam card from the Circle…

I purchase a steam card from the Circle K in Morinville, AB and when I returned home I peeled the sticker off and half the numbers came off. I went back and was told no refunds, the money went to Steam. Now before you agree, the Manager told me that they send/pay the money to steam at the end of the month, I purchased this on the 4th, so technically Steam has not been paid, thus the money is still here. Anyways both Steam and Circle K will not refund me. They say scammers are out there and getting the code and bringing back the card for refunds or more cards, I understand that and it is sad. However that they are putting me in that category is insulting me and calling me a thief in a round about way. The Manager also promise to call me after she talked with Circle K HQ's but she never, she never called me back. My thoughts here, if she is the manager, and she cannot make a decision to give refunds, exchanges etc, then there are other issues here with Circle K's trust and . All I want is my money back, or a new card. It was for my niece for her BD. Now I am the bad guy here.

Dollar means more than a life

I live next store to one. For 6 yrs I walk there everynight so I like the store. But now it’s COVID and they don’t enforce mask. They have sign up but they don’t say anything when someone doesn’t have one. I asked why and they said corporate says they can’t make people wear em. That can’t be true they make people wear shirts I’ve seen them send people back out cuz no shirt. That persons money is more important to them then peoples lives. I’m not spending money at any business that doesn’t require customers to have a mask. Everyone else should also but they won’t. Wish people valued life a little more

Rubbish customer service and…

Rubbish customer service and overpriced. I submitted a complaint about a rude staff member and received a reply that the staff member was actually the manager and they did not see the problem in the rude customer service given. I told them to read the initial complaint again as they could not possibly think things such as swearing in front of customers, talking about poor customer feedback reports whilst mocking them in front of customers and being downright nasty to staff. They did not reply back to this. Doesn't matter anyway, 3.85 for a push button coffee is not worth it anyway, especially when you have to usually ask the staff to refill the milk or refill the cups.
