Ordered a 14 after trying a friends pair on for them to arrive and be to big, attempted to swap them for a 12 to be told you can only purchase 12’s online which was very disappointing. The jeans themselves were super comfy and soft.

love the jeans - your regular length is more than long enough for my 6 foot height - first time in years but they are in no way blue - so far from blue, not even near dark blue.

No what it looked like on model
Order took a long time to come.
What I ordered looked stunning on the model but on a true plus size body it was actually gross! Definitely need true plus size models! Size 20 not size 16 it’s hard enough to shop when your bigger

I bought a reasonable amount of clothes…
I bought a reasonable amount of clothes online from the sale - some suited me and others didn't - I returned the ones that didn't fit or suit me to my local store and it was easy to sort the refund for the returned items. I think trying things on in store is a better idea.
