Delivery was on time
Delivery was on time. However went the store at Harbor Town to look at shies and was disappointed that they were all high up and accessible to try look at and try on without having to wait for staff member to be free to get off wall.

Little gem of a place.
I first purchased from City Chic a few months ago and here's what I discovered. I'm size 14-16 and found the XS sizing is perfect for me. It not only sits well but is made well and because of how it sits, I can now, with confidence, wear items I never would have before. I've been to a few places and had many disappointments. Not one single item from here has made it to the 'wear when desperate,' pile. The material is always of good quality. The price is great, and when there are sales, the price is beyond amazing. I've been back so many times now to build my winter, and now spring wardrobe, and the only thing I have exchanged are shoes due to them being a size too small. The winter coats have been my fav. The quality of these is incredible for the price and the styles, wow. So many. Worth every cent with something for everyone.
Shipping? I find it takes one to two weeks but if you know that going in, it doesn't matter.
Customer care? Never had an issue here. They exchanged one pair and the other they didn't have, I was offered a refund or a store credit. Online has more variety than the shop, but if you want to try something just to see, go to the shop first if that helps. Can't rave enough about this place.

The ordering online is beautifully…
The ordering online is beautifully simple. The measurements and product descriptions are excellent and very helpful. The only thing I grumble about is the returns process. It's just not worth the postage cost of sending items from NZ to Australia so I just end up keeping unwanted items. It would be great to have this process fixed up.

In store and online
I actually purchased some items a few weeks before this online order, at the store in Elizabeth (Adelaide). I walked in feeling rather down because I was struggling to find something for an event. The girls in the store were so helpful that I found something for the event and also bras, jeans and some extra new tops. So placing an online order was a breeze now that I had an idea on sizing etc.

Easy to navigate. Good price and quality. Easy to get the correct size. Beautiful style and designed to fit well. Decent shipping. Could have option for express, but usually only takes up to 10 working days and has tracking. I have ordered 4 times without issue over 6 months
