I ordered from Cityluxe via two different platforms- their own website (through Instagram) and Shopee. Both packages came incredibly quickly, well packaged and interactions with the company were great. Would highly recommend this company, great products, great people (and their sales are awesome!)

I love to come here to get my stickers and journal supplies so it’s great for those that love journaling. So if great for journal fans they have tons of supplies for you.

I had a great experience at cityluxe. The store has an amazing team of employees that were very helpful and made sure that your questions were answered. In Store experience was great !!

Ordered three Pilot G2 Limiteds on July 25. Their website indicated last mile would be handled by Royal Mail in the UK. Parcel was sent Aug 26, using Qxpress, and arrived in the UK Aug 1, where it was given over to SkyNet, and then the tracking never updated again. I reached out Aug 9 to see if this was normal for this courier, as I had no experience with them before, but would expect a parcel to get to me within a week of landing in the UK, even if it needed to be processed through customs. They advised me to reach out if the parcel had not arrived in their 1-2 week timeline for delivery to the UK, and they would contact the courier.

I contacted them Aug 20 to confirm I had still not received it. Then again Aug 22. Then a third time on Aug 26, which they finally responded to, saying the previous emails had been sent to spam, and they would contact the courier that day to chase it down.

I emailed Sept. 4 for an update. Then again on Sept. 6, informing them I'd be disputing the charge if they failed to issue a refund by close of business their time, Sept 9. I sent this final email not as a reply, in case somehow they had failed to mark my address as not spam.

In light of this experience, I do not recommend purchasing internationally from this retailer. All their communication was courteous and detailed, which is why this is a 2-star review and not a 1, and I do genuinely hope they have no trouble getting reimbursed by their courier.

My order was delivered promptly and in good condition. The whole process of purchasing online went smoothly. Thank you.
I think if you do not have a shop at ION Orchard, then your website needs to be updated. I went to ION only to find that your shop is no longer there. It would have saved me a lot of trouble if I was directed to your online site straight away.

Cityluxe is prompt in their responses and my go-to for stationery (especially Fountain pens and Traveler's Company/Notebook items), even though I'm in Aus and their operating from Singapore! Wish I was there for their TN community gatherings!
