Great Service
I had a last minute big purchase that I need to receive before their average delivery, and they were able to accommodate. Their delivery partner was also prompt in updating their delays and accommodating to my preferred delivery time.

Online store does not have full…
Online store does not have full inventory of the physical store. I hope I could see more fountain pens available online in the future. Staff at the store are not consistent with the current promotion. I was once bought a Conklin pen and does not have a free bottle of ink whereas the free ink still available online.

In the near future, you will also start to see pens that are only available online and not found at the retail store. We hope that you will find the new fountain pen collections exciting!
