I placed an order for a bike basket on May 25th, with a promised delivery time of 3–4 working days. However, it has now been a month, and I have not received the item.
I also sent an email regarding this issue but have not received any response.
I kindly request either the immediate delivery of the basket or a full refund of my payment.

Please respond as soon as possible.

I ordered a cylinder and piston that fell apart after 10 km, the lock holding the ring fell out, the ring started to rotate and destroyed the piston and cylinder. In response I heard that it was because of sand in the engine block and that I should clean it better next time xD. 80 euros thrown down the drain. I do not recommend. Poor customer service. They reply after 3 days or not at all.

I can move around in private land. I didn't make any mistakes during the assembly and I proved with photos that the lock holding the ring in the right place fell out, the ring started to rotate and damaged the cylinder. You just don't care about customers instead of taking responsibility for it, the fact that sometimes parts have hidden defects.

Dont order there nothing!!! I ordered parts, main part which I need was missing, delivery few weeks( no any information before buy). Very bad client service, dont reply for email (in Dutch language). Probably they have some financial problems because I didnt get still money back and it is almost 2 weeks.

After ordering I went on trustpilot to check the reviews, because this was my first time ordering here and got quite shocked and was already prepared not to receive my order... Luckily, parts and correct ones arrived quickly and without any issues. So I cannot evaluate how their customer service and return system works.

In the end I am happy with this webshop.

Never deliver on the promised time, I’ve experienced twice in my last two orders, poor customer service as the person in charge is on leave and after my bitter complaint they have her reply on my question, it turns out that the use the worst possible delivery service company at my opinion, I was working for that company as driver and I know the mess inside there unfortunately…..
Anyways I had to reorder the very same items from somewhere else and I’ve got an afternoon delivery the same day.
So from my experience City Parts is a No No, never again.
I hope no one has the same experience like me.

They sent me a different product than the one on the invoice. The consultant claims that the part ordered is the same, but the numbers on the packaging are mixed up. This is not true. They tell me it's my fault. Thieves

As my first experience with this company, I ordered some stuff for my Vespa. The spark plug was not the right one and I had to return it. After filling the return form (taking some days), they told me I can return the items. I asked how the return cost will be reimbursed and they replied "De verzendkosten worden alleen vergoed op het moment dat een order compleet terug gestuurd word".

OK, assuming that everything was in order, I sent the items back and mailed them a copy of the return post bill. However, they replied that they would not reimburse the return cost. And now, 50 days after returning the the items, I have not yet received the refund for the articles (let alone the return cost).

This is clear rip-off!!!
Steer clear of them and save yourself time and money!

I didn't read all the 1 star reviews online, so that falls on me. If you're reading this, don't use these guys, trust me.

Customer service is laughable

This is not a real store.they are scammers.never send anything and blame post nl.stay away from this shop.

I have ordered exhaust for scooter, and shop sent me that on time.
Problem begin, when I have opened that box... Content in the box was absolutely different and incomplete as description on the website. When I decided to send product back, then I must pay by myself for shipping and they will return only for the product.

Money Return Policy is poor. If you cancel your order beforehand, instead of full refund, they will only return you money for the goods , nevertheless that postage was never made.
