City Segway Tours is awesome and has great customer service. Roy was able to help me change my booking time for a business trip up to D.C.

I make a point find City Segway Tours in every city I visit. So glad they were in New Orleans. I was visiting home and have seen New Orleans but never from the vantage point if a segway. As usual it was the most fun. I invited a local friend and they had a blast. Our Tour guide was Tim and he did a great job. We had some great stops along the tour that was very different from cities like Washington DC. Unlike other cities, New Orleans has not prepared the city streets for the segway tour so expect a bumpy ride in general and wear comfortable shoes with support.

City Segway Tours experience is one that will stay with you. My tour group was small (5 riders) and our guide (Jake) used the extra time for additional instruction addressing ridership, and tour information questions along the route. Amazingly a 70 year old family member and myself a 63 year old, learned to speed along at 10mph during the last quarter of the tour. Also note “no one in our group had ever driven a Segway”. The other members of our group seemed to also be mid 50 year olds, so all you old timers step up and on a Segway it’s great. And this is a wonderful company!! GREAT TOUR guys....

Great experience, knowledgeable tour guide, great way to visit monuments and enjoy the city

Riding the Segway was a great way to get around and see the monuments.
I only wished our tour guide was wearing a mike and we had headphones so we could hear everything that was being said. I did see other Segway tour groups with headphones. Might be a suggestion for them to improve their service in the future, otherwise we had a great day.

The FAQs provided the meeting location. I used the Metro to determine the best route to the meeting location.

Very easy to navigate and select the perfect trip and time

It was the absolute best thing we could do for downtime. Easy and fun! The guide was great and a great way to see the city highlights. The weather was a perfect 83 degrees so it wasn't to hot while riding on the streets. Take water with you before you go, the segway has a little front pack to carry and as you stop you will want to keep hydrated. I took photos along the way with my phone - highly recommended!

Excellent service from start to finish. The tour was excellent and far outweighed our expectations. Tour guide was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended to get your bearings and scout out future visits

Fantastic tour! We had Fima who was a friendly guy, very knowledgable and able to tell us about the ‘real’ San Francisco. We were pretty confident so training was not too difficult but he spent as much time as was needed to ensure everyone was comfortable and up to speed with operating the Segways whatever your age and experience. We saw some amazing views and had plenty of opportunity to get off and take photos and explore the sights before jumping back on and heading off. Fishermans Wharf is vast so this is the best way to see a lot of it and explore without walking miles! The tour is a good length and has something for everyone... highly recommended!!

They were so nice! Taught us to ride, including my 12-year old and then started out nice and slow so we could get comfortable on the segways. Saw what felt like the whole city! They were awesome when my teenage daughter almost fainted...they stopped the whole tour for us and offered first aid until she was good. Very nice! Highly recommend this tour!

Er had the most amazing Tour in San Fransisco. The guide John was really funny and took god Care of us newbees 😁

We had a great 2-hour tour with Jake. The segways were fun and easy to ride. The downtown area of Chicago was neat to explore. Highly recommend!
