I was very nervous about riding the Segway but was very pleased with the experience. I had a problem stopping the Segway to get off but received help each stop by tour guide and members of our tour. I was able to get on and "take off" without assistance.

It was great to learn how to ride a Segway with John. We visited places that walking would take to much time and effort to get there and got to see beautiful views. John was energetic and amicable. We were a group of four and visited in Aug. '18. I recommend a tour with City Segway Tours.

The tour was fun and a great way to get N overview of the city. Learning fun facts and historical details was certainly interesting. The staff was very friendly.

Very friendly and nice people. They had a lo tof patience with helping everyone who had his first ride on a segway. When I made a mistake with the reservation it was easily corrected by the employee in the shop so I could join the first next tour.

Great tour. Jake was our guide. Knowledgeable about Chicago. Toured parks and lake shore.

This was by far THE BEST experience. Our guide, Greg, was very knowledgeable about not only the area but little things we might never have known. He gave us ample time to explore the sites we were interested in. He was very intuitive when it came to our comfort riding through crowds and in the hot sun and adjusted. I would recommend to those new to the area to take the tour BEFORE visiting any of the sites in DC, as it gives you the total perspective of what you really want to see and do. Great experience.

Our guide didn't show up - the next guy who arrived (after we had stood outside the shop for over an hour) said "not my problem!"
Our eventual guide was ok but a free t-shirt did not make up for the first impression. Another group got a free trip.

The tour was an excellent way to see the Mall area in DC. The Segways made it a breeze to see a large area with multiple attractions effortlessly. The guide was very knowledgable and friendly.
