There was multiple issues with your site provider the couple of times I was trying to book.

I'd recommend this bike tour whether you are travelling alone or in a group. Very informative, good pace & the team is very friendly from the time you step into the office to the tour till you leave.

We had the best experience touring the Monuments and Memorials with Jack as our guide. We felt well instructed and safe. We’ll definitely do this again and highly recommend using this company.

The web site was informative. It had all the information, very easy to book.

We had a great time and will do some of their other tours. Loads of fun riding the Segway's! Guide was knowledgeable. Only recommendation is CLEAN your bathrooms and empty your trash.

I am totally recommending this experience to everyone I know!! My son and I loved every minute of the 3 hour night tour with Ryan from West Palm Beach, Florida. He was an excellent tour guide! I was impressed with how well spoken he was and he took time to make sure everyone in the group was equipped with the proper knowledge and safety of how to ride a Segway. He was personable and friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the history of D.C. We can’t wait to come back and do it again. Thank you!

Kelly, the phone consierge, was incredible and personable. The website was down and she personally called back to make sure everything had gone OK. I can’t wait to do the tour, but if it is anything like that service, it will be 11/10 stars.

It was easy to learn how to ride the Segway. The tour was informative and we saw many sites that we would not have been able to see otherwise in a short amount of time.

I had several emails back and forth with Mike Cook and he was great in answering all of my questions even though at a later date I found most of the info on their website but it was nice that he provided me personalized information.

Training took longer than anticipated. Felt a bit rushed at some of the memorial sites.
