Our tour was rained out and the morning staff were kind enough to rebook us for the afternoon. They took their time to make sure we were all ready to go. Cathy was so sweet and made it fun. Afternoon guide not much fun nor friendly but we loved to tour!

Easily reserved the space for my family. Received timely confirmation. Would recommend this company. Can't wait to take the tour and rate that as well.

My family thoroughly enjoyed doing the segue tours. What a fun way to learn some history and take in all the major memorials and monuments. We will definitely spread the word and do this again.

Have used this provider before and found the experience of booking and the tour very good.

Our guide was awesome, keep things well-paced, and it was a great way to see a larger area of Washington D.C. than if I'd been on foot. He also have great tips of stuff to see that wasn't on my list (Newseum, for one). Though he's only been in D.C. for a few months, had a lot of insight and knowledge. I'd definitely do it again or try one of their bicycle or other tours.

Terrific tour and guide. Be prepared to drive through street and sidewalk traffic! Unavoidable and once you accept that, it's kind of a rush. Great info on the tour and really the best was to visit the monuments.

Have not taken the tour yet, however submitted request for private tour via web site and had to follow up 5 days later as I received no response. Ince contact was made via phone I was sent a link to place my order. The link was wrong. Had to call again. Pretty poor booking experience overall.
