Be extremely cautious
I would be extremely cautious in dealing with this retail company! I have had nothing but hassle with them, customer service is extremely poor. Manager did not return my calls or respond to my messages. When I arrived to the shop he was very defensive. We were sold a shower tray which was the wrong size and shower door which was also the wrong size despite me giving them the correct measurements! The outlet for the sink was the incorrect one and when we visited the Limerick store, we were told that they didn’t have the correct one. No offer of refund nor credit. Manager Joe refused to take the items back so we had to repurchase the correct sized items from another company. Our plumber informed us that he has had many clients who have similar problems with this shop.
