I booked Paul with just three days notice after a couple of failed attempts with other companies.
He was flexible and responsive when planning the move, arrived on time on the day and was very professional and efficient during the move. As an added bonus, he is a relaxed and friendly person, which helps to reduce the stress of moving even more.

Paul is an absolute legend. I literally needed a load of inventory moved for my business within the next few hours and he was straight on the scene. Very professional, great banter, and I went on to use him again for a friend’s house move. Even though he’d been working 90 hour weeks, he still dropped me back off home afterwards despite it being out of his way. Goes above and beyond, will continue to use his services in the future!

Absolutely appalling service.The man (known as CityVan) turned up extremely late without any warning, knowing I had an appointment slot which he caused me to miss. When I brought up that he was late, he became unpredictable and said I had an issue with his 'status.' Overall I was subject to a very traumatic experience. I would not use or recommend this man to anyone. He actually offered to drop my bags off at my flat but I was so shocked and upset by this point I decided to move them myself. A lovely cleaner saw me in the rain and ended up helping me. CityVan overcharged me for the job compared to his quote online (which was initially £45 for 1-7 items but then CityVan said on the day £50). and his customer service is nowhere to be found - do your research and find someone who respects the customer. CityVan informed me they would report any attempt by me to leave honest feedback.

UPDATE: Since reviewing CityVan's services, CityVan has left me concerning messages on my phone, which I've had to block and report to my mobile provider. He claimed to have contacted my workplace and my boss - I also had to raise this with my colleagues to ensure my privacy was protected.

Paul moved some furniture from Hoxton to Haggerston for me and was really accommodating on timing, so we were able to organise something really quickly.

Great service and would definitely recommend.

My move was pretty last-minute: because of problems with paperwork, our real estate agent announced to my partner and I that we had to delay our move by four days.
I had to turn around pretty quickly, and Paul was there to the rescue. I submitted my info on the Friday, got a reply within an hour, and was able to plan a smooth move for the following Tuesday.
Paul arrived early and handled all my belongings. I was impressed by the van's size: it's pretty big, so you can easily move big furniture.
I asked Paul if I could join him in the van (no problem here!): we had such an interesting and lovely chat during our drive to my next place. Make sure to get to know him, as he's a great person!
We got everything done in less than two hours. The service was incredibly great.
I would highly recommend Paul's business. You're in for a great personalized customer experience!

I called in the morning, for a same day pick up he got here in an hour . He delivered my item and even unpacked it for me . Very polite and nice guy. Will recommend 100 times . Love the services and VERY VERY AFFORDABLE.

Paul moved house for us from central to north London and provided a flawless service. He is reliable, honest, and efficient, and he took the stress out of the move. He treats the objects he is moving as if they were his own possessions and is not fazed by any unforeseen problems that might arise along the way. The prices are very fair and we would recommend strongly.
