Goods never arrived, requested refund several times and nothing. Strongly advise don't buy from them.

Waiting for order over 5 weeks now. No dispatched email and cannot get through to anyone. Thinking of going to trading standards

Actually no stars. Have waited 5 weeks and no goods, contact via an automated online system which is hopeless. Keep telling me to be patient, order has shipped but carrier has not updated tracking and never had an email as per order to say dispatched. yesterday I asked for a refund, got another automated response saying it's not their fault but no mention of my refund.

Posting on my social media asking my 5000 friends to share so that others don't get caught out by this SCAM.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They will take your money and send automated messages. Their website is not fit for purpose and the link in the email will take you around in a loop. Do not place an order as you will never receive it. I have reported to PayPal, this bogus company should be closed down.

No items received and more money taken than shown on my invoice and receipt. Avoid avoid avoid

I wish I could give 0 stars. It’s a scam. Ordered at the end of august and despite numerous emails and generic responses, I’ve received nothing.

Upon ordering they deducted more money than the cost, they returned the difference and apologies for the error but it’s a simple thing to get wrong…
It’s now been over 4 weeks, no items delivered and no update on the tracking. No help with customer service

Ordered on 10 Sept & despite 15+ emails, receiving infuriating generic responses, I still cannot be told by them if/when my items were shipped, the courier and tracking number.
The customer service is completely useless and absolutely infuriating.
I have raised with PayPal for a refund
I would give no stars if this was an option!

Awful company, just a scam. Please don't waste your money. Very sad in this day and age when we are all struggling.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. do not buy from them. Take your money then nothing received. No customer service at all

SCAM!! Save yourself the time and misfortune of dealing with this imaginary company. You WILL NOT receive your goods. I thought they were legit as they offered PayPal payment. But one month later and still no goods and no contact. Luckily PayPal refunded me immediately but could've done without the hassle.

Initially took more money than advertised price. Then it takes 8 weeks for the tops to arrive, which were too small and very poor quality. They refused a return and compensated me with £3.

I ordered from them on the 10th September.
I've been patient until now but have emailed them for an update.
When you write to them you get a generic reply saying "May I ask whether the problem you asked about your order has been resolved? If not, please click here to describe the specific problem to send us, and our manual service will serve you" but that just takes you to another automated page that doesn't answer your questions.

UPDATE: Paypal have refunded me.

Steer well clear! Scammers! They take your money and no products are ever delivered! Do not use this company under any circumstances!

Scammers. No goods no refund. Hopefully PayPal will refund me and investigate this company for the fraud they have put on Facebook. Five weeks and no reply from them except dodgy emails that say click here. But the links have no content.

Give up that's what they can do.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star if it was possible. They are SCAMMERS, THIEVES, LIARS.They take your money and do not send the goods. I ordered from them over a month ago. When you write to them you get a generic reply saying 'click here' but that just takes you to another automated page that doesn't answer your questions and fobs you off. Shame on Facebook for letting them advertise all over there. I have reported them to no avail. And so the scamming will continue because I'm sure people will purchase from them without checking Trustpilot etc first like I did. Absolutely awful company.
