Terrible company. Taking over 2 months to deliver. Customer service is absolute rubbish. Wanted refund through Klarna after a month waiting for my goods. But instead of a refund they sent the goods out on 14/10/23. Still waiting for them to arrive. Do not buy from them.

6 weeks and still waiting every time they say being sent but still waiting will not be using again .would advise every one not to use the company

Zero if I could. Ordered two bras in early September, paid with PayPal.
Were meant to be discounted and ending up paying more and they didn't arrive.
So straight on PayPal, reported it and got a refund.
Scam.

Do not order from this place. It is a total scam. Won’t give money back when you get to check out thy over charge you by then it is to late to stop. Orders goods on the 9/9/23 still no order or tracking no and thy still keep saying wait it will be there soon. I will never buy another thing without checking the reviews. Do not ever order from this company. No goods after 11 weeks cannot cancel order as it has been despatched. Postman must be walking from china 🤷‍♀️
Cannot speak to anyone all automated. Steer clear put your money on the lottery you have more chance of receiving something.

If I could have given this company no stars it would have been more than I would have given… absolute scam website, do not touch with a barge pole, unless of course you want to give your money away, in which case, please throw it my way instead! Took my money, with no goods delivered, and didn’t answer any of my emails either! Thankfully my bank kindly refunded me. DO NOT USE!

Still awaiting order and have chased this up numerous times! Fed up with excuses eg can't find order ! Wrong email ! Wrong contact email etc etc. Would nit touch this company with a bargepole. Disgusting

Avoid! Placed and order 9th Sept. Chased it twice and get fobbed off saying it's on the way.
Now 21st October and still nothing.
Wish I'd read reviews before ordering.

This company is rubbish. I purchased an item on 10th September and have yet to receive it, and yet to talk to a human being to complain about not having received it.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I placed an order for 2 x bras which never arrived even though pmt was taken with 3 days. After over a month, I queried it with this company and requested a refund. They fobbed me off with some excuse about logistics and then thanked me for my "understaning". I repeated my request for refund in reply, and I got told that they had "already informed logistics". I gave them another 7 days and still received no order, and no refund. I put a claim in with PayPal who approved my refund within 5 mins.

No item nearly 2 months waiting . Just told to be patient , requested refund but keep getting same answer to wait .

I have waited 6 weeks for my items and I’m going round and round in circles trying to contact a customer service person. I guess I can kiss goodbye to the items or a refund. Awful company. A big con job

Waited 8wks for my order after 3 Emails to the company. Arrived yesterday ,well what a joke. Really really poor quality , not as described in the photo and sizing is way out. Item was so tiny at the most I could use it as a head band !! Lol , ordered a bra but would worn anyone not buy from this company ..

Absolute joke can't get refund as I didn't pay by PayPal so out of pocket and no items they are a joke of a company works steer clear of it

Scam take money no goods after 2 months keep emailing them but they say its been dispatched so can't cancel and that they will get the shipping company to prioritise my parcel what a load of crap don't order from them

As all the other reviews do not order from them very shoddy goods, arrived after about 8 weeks can not return, just because it looks
a bargin doesn't mean it is....

Wish I had seen this before I ordered from them.. havent received the item I ordered and after almost 6 weeks I have emailed them waiting to hear from them but dont suppose I will. Its definitely a SCAM company

6 weeks waiting for my order. Every reply from them says they have no tracking number ect from the delivery company. Keep telling me it is in transit but can’t provide evidence. Will be requiring a full refund.
If I could give them a Zero star then I would.

Very poor quality bra not worth the money at all, not as advertised,not satisfied and waited for a month to receive it.Not recommending it to anyone.
