ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. Finally received the 'Wonder bra' I ordered 2 months ago. But only after a string of emails to a robot/person not understanding what I am saying. Kept referring me to customer service, which is a circular non-problem solving hamster wheel of deceit. They have a no returns policy so I was unable to cancel my order before it arrived. Neither can I return the PIECE OF RUBBISH they have delivered. TOTAL RIP OFF!!

DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB placed an order in SEPTEMBER still waiting they are total scammers their web robot is useless every time I email them they say the order is on its way - still nothing STEER CLEAR

Absolutely 100% unhappy with these bras.
The body might accommodate a larger size but the cups certainly don't!!!!
I mean how many larger ladies need large body bra with small cups ..padded at that! And yes I've removed the padding and even if my boobs fit they'd be like spaniels ears!!
I've contacted the company but they refuse to let me return ...and I'd ordered and paid for these SIX WEEK plus prior to receiving them .and I'd had to email asking where they were!
They say the correct item size was picked and shipped which I've agreed BUT they miss the point that they do not fit .. no where near.
I'm a DD to E cup and I can't get anywhere near to cram myself in!
They took my money don't care that the product isn't sized properly and told me to give them away if they were no good for me!
Clearly they have no customer care policy but to have my mooney .oh yeh they offered me £2 compensation!!!!
So annoyed with their lack of help

NB. I have photos of the cups have added one but it won't be public on here apparently, but have a whole selection if requested
I have also been told if I do escalate this it will take 'a long time' to be looked at!
The cost is not longer my issue it's the product totally unfit for purpose ... The material has to be cut to get the padding out and not a bit of support just flattens you boobs!

Scammers! Avoid at all costs!! I placed my order on 12/09/23 and have still not received it, they keep sending me a tracking number but there are no details provided. Originally the order was for £18.99 but I was charged £22.55, they refunded me £3.79 when I disputed this so I should be owed £18.76. I have tried to obtain a refund via PayPal but they keep redirecting me to the scam company. I am owed £18.76 but on PayPal they have put £16.04!

Ordered bras at the beginning of September and am still waiting every time I ask where my order is company say its on its way

Wish I'd checked this site out first took 2 months for my order which only arrived after I'd applied to PayPal for a refund. Quality rubbish stitching undone in places extra bits of fabric sticking out under the arms, padding too small for bra cups. Don't think I've any chance of a refund after reading how hard it is to return... trying PayPal.. why not, might as well have a go..

Stay away been 2 months since order still not received it. Contact us what a joke automated reply.

I wish I'd seen these reviews before ordering.
It's been nearly 2 months since I ordered, still no update on postage, no official tracking number. Their customer service robot is useless, no helpful feedback from their support email address, just refers you back to their robot. So frustrating.
I've requested a refund but don't hold out much hope of actually getting a response.
Avoid these people at all costs.

Well my patience has run out

I placed an order with them and after much chasing, it arrived after 7 weeks! The bras were tiny and awful quality. I went through PayPal to try to get a refund. They said I needed to return the goods to them in China at my own expense. Needless to say, I won't be doing that. Avoid this company. Total scammers.

Took 6 weeks for the item to arrive, I tried to cancel the order before delivery and I just received the same generic email response to refer to the tracking- there was no tracking!
The item is disgusting, poor quality & sizing.
Tried to return the item and get the same generic response.
Will never use again- the just scam you out of money!!!!

Really bad service took nearly 2 months to arrive now I have item doesn't fit and guess what no return label not even how to return. Emailed get a load if garbage from them no return address stuck with unwanted items. Stay away from this company not reliable or communitive

I actually did receive my 3 bras. The quality is atrocious. Cannot wear them. Bought X-LARGE and the cups are far too small. Everything hangs out at the sides.
Would not recommend to anybody. Going to try to get money back through credit card but not holding out any hope.
Also, they deducted more money from my credit card than my invoice total.SCAMMERS

agree with all the earlier comments. My order was placed on 14th September, money taken out of account straight away. No word from them until today (29th Oct) saying the shipping status has been updated but no new info. Tracking number doesn't seem to exist.
Avoid at all costs. I have noticed the advert on Facebook has disappeared, so hopefully, no one else will be scammed.

As with all the other reviews on this site, AVOID at all costs. Placed order 9 weeks ago & still waiting. Unable to contact company direct & constantly being fobbed off by automated responses saying goods are on the way.

I would leave -10 if I could.

I've had the same experience as everyone else with this company. Absolute scammers. 4 weeks since order was placed and nothing. No updates, no communication. I contacted them several times and they say the same thing- just wait. I was adamant to start proceedings for a refund before the 30 days guarantee (consumer rights) was up. Also fortunately, paid through PayPal so they are dealing with it now. One the day I filed a claim with PayPal, the company sent me an update to say the order was now waiting for dispatch. It's still in China! And it's been 30 days since the order was placed. I told them in no uncertain terms, to cancel the courier and I will be continuing my refund claim. Also if the product does arrive, I take no responsibility to send it back. I will get my money back. That is a guarantee. If not, I will take this further to UK Trading Standards to get them shut out of the UK. On second thoughts, that is exactly what I will do - report them to UK Trading Standards. I suggest you all do the same. Customers need to be warned. Absolutely atrocious company!

I ordered September 9th, numerous emails later they say be patient its coming. Its a scam. Don't waste your money 🙄

I finally received my order but one of the items was the wrong size even though I ordered a set of 3. Have sent numerous emails but have heard absolutely nothing.
