The Company and set-up is a complete scam. My wife ordered some clothing and, after 3 weeks, she has not received the goods. When visiting their website to ask about the order, a computer generated response follows.
I have now come to the conclusion that they cannot read or understand English and are total morons.
If there had been a minus 5 star review, I would have indicated that.

I ordered on the 9th of September no updates of where my order is , no help from this company having read these reviews I also feel like it's a scam.
Do not order this company needs investigating.
No stars from me , totally took my money knowing I would not receive my order.

This is definitely a fake webshite and people should avoid it at all costs.
When you mail them to query they send a response with a link to chat to a bot which is as much use as a chocolate teapot that closes chats saying the issue is closed.

Waiting 14/7 now for my order. When trying to check it there are no updates on shipping and it states ‘no courier available’. Numerous emails sent to cancel my order and request a refund: all I receive is an automated email which bears no relevance to my request. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Placed my order 11.9. They also took £3/76 more than the order was priced at. When queried they did give the difference back. When asked when my order will be delivered they keep saying they cannot give exact shipping logistics. I have therefore contacted my bank and they have refunded my payment. They have also put a restriction on my account in case they try to take more money. Ring your bank and explain, mine were really helpfull.

They denied receiving my order. They said they had no details of my email address. I sent them copies of both and they ignored them. They are scammers. Beware

Still waiting on my order over 20 days ago and nothing has been sent says the shipping company need to update check tomorrow now im not getting any response

Scam company Civilizec.com they don't answer emails and never sent go9ds but took the payment. Avoid like the plague.

As many ordered months ago. Came and quality wasn't there. Sizing was all wrong and seams failed with I'm seconds. Total waste of money. I chased several times and like the below said shipping details weren't updated. DO NOT USE

Agree with other reviews - that are a bunch of scammers, had to get refund through paypal.

Absolutely shocking and disgusting customer service and care , been waiting 15 days for my order , wish i had read reviews before i parted with my money , worst company ever , dont place any orders with this company, contact is done by automated messages , no body ever replies and you never deal with a real person, Facebook should take their adverts off so people like e dont waste their time and money

Ordered 3 bras in August, expected long delivery but after a while the status never changed from order received.
Contacted them, they told me shipping has not updated and they would get them to sort it so I should see updated tracking in a few days. This went on for over a week, always tomorrow for an update. They also take more money than they said.

For those that ordered by PayPal get in touch and ask for a refund, got my refund last week. I sent all the communication I sent and had in return to PayPal and they closed my case and refunded.

Date of experience is when I ordered

Overcharged for an item. One week later item still not dispatched. When I contacted them I got an automated response noting with the exact amount they had overcharged and how it was a system error!! I have requested to cancel my order and be refunded but the automated responses make it impossible! Total scammers!!! Avoid at all costs

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Ordered confirmed,but no communication since. No update and no reply to enquiries. So basically my money has been stolen as far as I am concerned. Avoid ordering and paying in advance at all costs.

I would give no stars if I could dreadful company goods not delivered going around in circles with customer service. Cannot get a refund.

Avoid this company scammers order some items never arrived kept saying they have been sent but couldn't ever give me the tracking number. Thankful used paypal so got money back
