Avoid at your cost. They are absolute rogues. After waiting 7 weeks, the items were the wrong colour, wrong size and cheap nasty material. Emailed about 10 times but they just fob you off and threaten with ‘very high return costs’ and ‘a refund will take a very long time’. It’s a total scam and I’ll try to put in a claim through PayPal but not hopeful of result. They have basically stolen my money, what kind of people are they!! 🤬

AVOID!!!! They took extra cash for 'VAT' after the original payment had gone through, I tried to cancel within hours of the original order, they kept asking to me to try the goods, despite me very clearly telling them to cancel the order. They then told me they couldn't cancel due to the package already being sent. All this within 24 hours. They will not cancel my order, take no notice of peoples consumer rights. They are charlatans, I will be taking this further

Inept company - cancelled order - took two days for a reply. Charged £'s extra - said it was a system fault.
Now only refund of £3.05!

They claim sizes are correct but each item differs; size M can vary between UK size 6 -10. Returning goods is to China at customers expense and they don’t like giving out the return address.
Customer portal isn’t straight forward to use, it keeps asking for original information and feels like you’re starting over again and again with each answer or question.
Quality of goods are not superior in quality as they claim to be.
