Positives - the staff are friendly and they do get back to you when you contact them.
Negatives - I felt they please the other parties ie our buyer and our seller more than their clients who are the ones paying them. Had buyers / and buyers solicitor from hell and had to keep a paying out rather than pushing back. I had to do some of the leg work when the solicitors would just keep giving us bills which we didn’t need to pay. Also the house we bought had left loads of rubbish but the solicitors didn’t respond and want to know. Cheers for that !!!
