Carly Ellis was assigned to us for the process of writing wills for my husband and I and my elderly parents. Carly's expertise was 2nd to none. She was incredibly patient with us and my parents, explaining thoroughly all the options available to us and how the different aspects within the wills would benefit it us as sole survivors and our children once we both passed. Selling a property is one of the most…
Selling a property is one of the most stressful times, but we had a very professional service from CJCH. We were selling a leasehold buy-to-let flat and the process was quite prolonged because of delays in getting answers from the management company, but these were always followed up by CJCH and we felt we had a team that were on our side. It was great to be able to speak to a real person and numerous times emails were followed up by a phone call to keep us updated. Special mention to Rebecca in the Blackwood office who was always calm and cheery! We would definitely recommend and would use their conveyancing services again.

Minimised the stress
Danielle was recommended to me by an estate agent when I found myself in a difficult position with a shared property. From the start and throughout Danielle was responsive, supportive and provided clear guidance and next steps. Knowing Danielle was on the case really minimised the stress for me and I felt that costs were kept to a minimum and were transparent at all times. The outcome was favourable and I don't think I could have made a better choice of solicitor.

Brilliant firm
I had a somewhat complicated issue that needed different aspects of CJCH's legal expertise to advise. They coordinated seamlessly from differing offices, appointed an expert barrister for the court appearance and then completed the process post successful hearing. Gavyn was excellent. I went to Cwmbran magistrates and although the court was busy he managed to get me seen with in 20 minutes and it was dealt with there and then! He offered to give me an helping hand with extra bits so I can’t reccomend his service enough. Thank you
