Excellent service and installation from start to finish! Great knowledge and experience from Richard, who advised me what would be best for a recent project. I felt I received unbiased advice from the outset along with a high quality installation. I will be using CK Carpets again in the future and I have recommended them to many family and friends already.

Fabulous, helpful service. Very happy with the help given by Richard and in the professional fit carried out. Such care was taken with our woodwork and furniture. Very pleased we chose a local firm for our carpet and will return when we move onto the next project!

I have never done a review, but I felt that I wanted to about C K Carpets In Sanderstead. They fitted a stair carpet and vinyl flooring in our kitchen. From the day Richard came to give us a quote to the two men who carried out the fitting, everything went so smoothly. Very professional and friendly. So much so that we have now decided to get a quote for flooring in our bathroom.

Richard and Clare were so unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all questions we had and were so accommodating with us and our timeline for our house (which changed several times). Would not hesitate to recommend CK Carpets to anyone and would 100% use them again! Thank you for making the whole process seamless!

Richard and the team at CK Carpets provided a great service from start to finish at a great price and the result is excellent. Having looked to them for a 2nd quote, we were taken by their advice, recommendations and the overall cost they quoted that they were the clear winner for our fitting. Claire & Richard provided quality advice on the type of carpets we should fit in the various rooms that wasn’t provided by the other company. They have even agreed to provide mats with the offcuts to protect areas with lots of wear. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a quality business

This is a proper family business with proper personal, friendly service. My experience was excellent from start to finish, with great advice on both carpet and vinyl options, through to a professional and great fitter who hoovered up afterwards! There was no sales pressure, just plenty of time to consider options and a genuine desire to find the right flooring for me.

Excellent service from choosing the carpet, to measuring up and then fitting. We had a runner up our stairs and carpet on landing. When Richard came to quote he gave some really useful information to ensure the finish was good. David the fitter did a wonderful job and made a professional finish. He worked really hard and didn’t rush to finish. I can honestly say there is not one negative thing I can say. I would definately recommend CK Carpets and will be using them again in the future.

As a local business , it was great to deal with the Owners directly . They were attentive, helpful and guided us to the product that we wanted . Finished job exceeded our expectations , their fitter was first class.

CK Carpets are a friendly and professional company, who took a lot of trouble and care in advising us over quite a considerable time until we finally decided which type and style of floor we wanted.

The use of computer graphics to show how the floor would look when installed was very helpful indeed.

The fitters themselves were polite, friendly and highly competent.
