Just had our new carpet from CK Carpets fitted throughout our house. What a fabulous company! From the moment we went into the shop, Clare and Richard were so friendly and helpful giving advice and letting us borrow samples to check colour in our home. Carpets were fitted at the agreed date. The CK carpet fitters did a great job and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Would 100% recommend this company.

We visited the shop to look for carpets for our bedroom and stairs and landing and Clare and Richard were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right carpet. Their professionalism throughout the whole process from ordering to fitting was first class and our fittter David did a fantastic job. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

Having visited several shops for Amtico flooring in a herringbone layout, we chose CK Carpets to supply and fit, due to their expertise, extensive knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. Their fitter Tony was also very professional and highly skilled with a keen eye for perfection. On our 1st visit to the flooring company the staff gave very helpful advice and we were able to take away as many samples as we wanted. Coordinating the laying of the floor with our kitchen fitters was pain-free and we are really pleased with the work done. Would definitely recommend this company.

This is the second time I’ve bought from CK Carpets and again the service has been exemplary from start to finish. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely helpful and professional. A big shout out to David the fitter who is excellent.

We’ve used CK Carpets twice. Richard came to measure and quote, and his customer service is excellent. He is thorough and went above and beyond to ensure our bedroom carpet was fit in one large piece. The fitters were courteous and did an excellent job. Old carpets were taken away. We will definitely use CK Carpets again. Highly recommend.

(CK Carpets has an excellent choice of carpeting/flooring to suit every budget.) My wife and I, after a bad experience with a popular carpet company, decided to go to a local carpet supplier, CK Carpets in Sanderstead, and there we met Richard and his wife Clare. They were as we described in our first paragraph.

It's the little things that matter to us, like being told to be careful of choosing this type of carpet or underlay because of this problem or that We listened to Richard's advice and ordered a carpet from him.

We were provided with an instant costing based on my measurements, but he insisted that he needed to check that my measurements were good ones. They were!

Today David, the fitter came to our home and carefully fitted our chosen carpet and underlay for us. Another genuinely nice guy who helped me get the bed back in to the bedroom afterwards.

We really do not know whether the cost at CK Carpets was higher or lower than at any other carpet supplier, but for the help, guidance, honesty and kindness we received from CK Carpets we would not now go anywhere else to buy our carpets.
