Richard and his team helped my elderly father upgrade his home by replacing the carpets. They were extremely courteous, patient and kind. The carpets arrived and were fitted on time with the minimum of fuss and displacement. Extremely professional service and I would highly recommend them.

This whole process couldn't have been easier. In the shop all of our questions were answered but we were also given space to browse and think about our choice. Once we had decided and we had accepted the quoted price then fitting was arranged straight away - and we didn't have to wait very long at all. The fitters arrived exactly at the time advised and had removed the old carpet and fitted the new all in about an hour. The new carpet looks brilliant and we liked the fact that they hoovered up after them and reused the existing gripper rods etc wherever possible.
We will definitely be coming back to Richard and CK Carpets in the future - we couldn't have had a better standard of service!

From start to finish Richard and Clare went above and beyond to get us the black carpet our Son wanted for his bedroom. We're so pleased with it now it's been laid. Looking forward to the stairs and landing being done next week (not in black!!) and the hall & dining room having Amtico the week after that. We've been using CK Carpets for many years and certainly wouldn't buy our floor coverings from anyone else now. Thank you so much for your knowledge, honesty and patience!

From the first visit for measure and recommendations to the final finish everything happened on the exact dates that were agreed with no delays or changes (getting to be very unusual these days)
The flooring recommended looks so much better than what was previously thereand is guaranteed for 30 years which will well and truly outsee us !!!
Richard listened to our thoughts and added really useful suggestions once he saw the rooms.
Would recommend 'going local' and avoiding the impersonal service you can find with carpet and flooring chains.
