Never heard of CK Carpets before because we don't live in the area however our daughter does, and has used them a few times and has been very happy. So on this basis we decided to go with CK Carpets and were very happy with the service provided. Richard was very helpful, carpet was delivered on time, and the two fitters did and excellent job. Would go back again in the future.

What a lovely company, nothing was to much trouble, explained everything I needed to know, the 2 boys that fitted my stair carpet were friendly and professional, I highly recommend C K Carpets and will definitely go back there again.

It was a joy to work with CK carpets from start to finish. After a quick phone call, I was able to view the carpets in their shop (Covid rules allowed this at the time). Richard is very knowledgeable and gave me invaluable advice as to what carpet would suit the area best.

After a quick appointment to measure up and discuss finishing touches, we scheduled a time for the fitters to come. The workmanship is excellent, considering the tricky area they had to work around!

The team were so helpful at CK carpets and really went the extra mile to get my bathroom floor fitted in-between tiling and the final fix. They did a brilliant job and I would definitely recommend to others.

The process from start to fit was smooth and efficient. I would recommend the team all were friendly, professional and the standard of work is excellent.

We were very pleased with the service provided CK Carpets. Richard provided excellent advice enabling us to select the appropriate flooring for our shower room and utility area. The service provided was much more personal as a family run business than with a large company. The fitters were polite, friendly and worked hard to an excellent standard and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Excellent service - we booked an appointment to see samples. Spent a while trying to decide. We finally got in contact with Richard who was extremely helpful and helped us with the order. We had a fitter already so only needed the flooring itself. Richard was in contact to let me know when the flooring had arrived and called me to arrange a convenient time to drop it all off. From start to end Richard was patient and incredibly helpful. All this and during what has been a very difficult time for independent retailers. I would recommend CK Carpets.
