The return procedures are ridiculous. I bought panels and now I have to return the 230cm long ones by myself. I was willing to pay the delivery fee, but they don’t offer any collection service. I have no idea how to return such large and heavy items. I’ve been looking for affordable courier companies for the extra panels I ordered by mistake, but I can’t find any reasonably priced option.

Highly recommend using Cladding Monkey, very helpful staff if you need to call for advice. Very prompt delivery (next day)!. Top quality product, only used to clad a garage, looks the business!

Prompt delivery of a replacement panel that was damaged . After reading reviews I was worried when I had an issue with one of the panels being kinked.
I sent an email with picture and less than 24hrs I had the replacement . Great work CM , really impressive.
I’m not a fan of the internal corner as only slots one side but it’s workable.
But over all a happy customer

Fantastic ivory/buttermilk cladding for my kitchen. Looks amazing. It has beautifully covered badly damaged walls after the removal of old tiles. And so cheap compared to the posh `kitchen panelling` companies - a quarter of the price.
The FREE sample service really helped me to choose the colour scheme in advance. AND the customer service was outstanding. Really friendly and professional after the delivery company messed up.
I highly recommend. Ten stars, never mind five!

Awful customer service , placed a order 2 weeks ago (didn’t receive it in the 5-7 days I got told I would upon ordering) only then to be told it’s my fault for not contacting the distributing company . 3/10 company , 1/10 customer service - customer is never wrong maybe you should tell your staff that when they are blaming me for not receiving my order

I cannot fault the services or products from this company at all. I was hesitant about which product I would need for the job at hand, but i was reassured, they advised me on what would be best. Pleasure to have the expertise and advice on the phone like the old days, instead of just emails! Makes a whole lot of difference, thank you.

I was desperately searching for an option that was good quality and affordable, to finish our self build cattery project at home.

I tried various different ways to price what we needed through the website, looking at individual items or possibly purchasing their DIY bundle packs but that would have left me short on some items and excess of others.

So I rang customer service and I am so glad that I did. I initially spoke to a lady called Claire who understood my dilemma and kindly passed me through to Kellie.

Kellie and the team really went above and beyond!! She is amazing!! Super helpful, super friendly and super knowledgeable!! She even went as far as to send me multiple quotes with lots of different options in thickness/style etc so I could stick to budget.

Ordering/payment easy and straight forward.

Courier company sent a wagon too big for the road, even though Kellie did inform them of this ( totally out of Cladding Monkeys control even with all the info provided ) we are on a single track road, out in the sticks.

But true to their word they came the next day with a smaller wagon and the guy was amazing, nothing too much trouble, very helpful and we actually had a great time unloading!!

Kellie and the team kept me informed every step of the process as we had never ordered with them before, great communication, clear concise information and instructions, emails and telephone calls to be up to date with what was happening and what to expect.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Kellie, Claire and the team!! We would definitely recommend and use again in the future!!

I ordered some cladding today, however I didnt add the correct amount of sheets.
I phone the office and spoke to Kellie, she was very helpful and arranged for the additional panels to be added to the order. This came through as a pro-forma invoice which I didnt manage to pay until 13:00 but they still managed to get me on for delivery tomorrow. Nice & easy and great customer service.

We had a delivery that was slightly damaged and a replacement was ordered and arrived next day. Nellie even ordered it before I confirmed to ensure arrival next day.
Only one part of the shipment was damaged but they replaced the full lot, no questions or issues.
But wjat made the whole experience amazing was the superb customer service.
Promt replies, common sense and service that came at a cost to them.
I'm these days it's so refreshing and surprising to see. Cladding Monkey keep up the amazing work.

My first time using this company and you always do that with a slight sense of trepidation. However, their customer service and response was second to none. Ordered on a Sunday evening. Phone call and emails clarifying a point on the order on the Monday morning. Product delivered at 0745 on Tuesday. How can you beat that. Thank you!
