Great customer service, had an issue with some damage (due to the couriers lack of care), spoke to a lovely woman who arranged replacements which were delivered the next day ! Very speedy resolution

Why would you only send 4 edging strips in a 60sq metre pack? It makes no sense & feels very stingy considering it cost nearly £1000.

I went on the website to buy 3 more edging strips & standard delivery is £30 & each strip is £10. Never shopping here again.

I wanted to thank your team for sending the ten lengths of cladding strips so speedily. They have just arrived.
This was an incredible, helpful level of service that is very much appreciated.

purchased some cladding for my camper van conversion, in Thunder Grey and White. The quality and finish is amazing. I didn’t think it would look that good seeing as I installed it myself! Thanks for sending me samples of the colours free of charge, I would have hated to get it wrong.

I have used this company several times for different jobs, and every time the service is fantastic. The range of cladding they have is good aswell, and with a phone call they advised the most suitable product for my job, which saved me money ( never a bad thing) can’t recommend enough!

This elderly man (Managing director) blocked the road and approached my car in Guisborough aggressively calling me all sorts of names, demanding a fight, ive sent the footage to the police, his reviews speak for themselves, guy has a chip on his shoulder, luckily for him I stayed in my car, bless him he would of probably had a heart attack. Do not order from them....

I placed a small order with this company, the products were of the quality I was looking for at a good price. On receipt of the order the main part of the order was damaged, this was refused. I contacted the company customer service department. This is the reason for five stars, customer service was excellent, they went out of their way to make sure I received my order undamaged after the courier damaged a second delivery. My problems were not caused by the company but the courier company but they sorted it with professionalism and humour. No body likes problems but a good customer service team makes it a lot easier and this is one of the best.

Excellent experience from start to finish. So easy to order, delivery organised super speedily and customer service excellent. Unfortunately we know how good the customer service is as the delivery (a local courier firm that had been commissioned) was appalling. Despite having been packaged and sent well from Cladding Monkey, the packaging was delivered torn, ripped and obviously the product was damaged. Photos taken and emailed the Cladding Monkey team, a replacement was arranged for delivery next day and its arrived in perfect condition. Thank you so much, great service, highly recommend
