Recently ordered and received very promptly the main part of an order - couldn't really fault that! We then realised we needed one tube of coloured mastic, enquired about this and was told it was on the webpage (it is). Selected item and then went to check-out and was "astounded" to see a tube of mastic was £30! THEN to cap it all they wanted to charge £30 carriage. I telephoned the CS and was told that was the "courier" charges and there was nothing they could do about it as "the warehouse" deal with this. I queried why they couldn't offer a postal or one off service but was told this was not possible. I find this astounding and frankly pretty poor customer relations - We had just spent in excess of £3000 on the main components and the inflexibility of small quants (ie ONE tube of mastic (already at an inflated price)) delivery really P888ed me off. IO obtained the mastic locally for less than £10 v the £70+ CM wanted - I consider that a total rip-off!

Hi Peter, Apologies if you were astounded by the price of the mastic. The silicone you are referring to is a specialist coloured matched silicone to the coloured sheet you originally purchased. It has to be bought in specifically to match that coloured sheet. Regarding carriage, that is the minimum delivery charge we incur from the couriers we use. We do not add anything on to delivery costs however we will take your review seriously and try to improve our small package delivery service moving forward.
Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, order still hasn’t turned up, the girls in the office never phone you back ,don’t update you ,it’s not our fault blah blah blah, couriers to blame just excuses from start to finish and to top it all off you need to unload the van yourself! Here’s waiting if it really does turn up tomorrow……

Hi Alberto, this was dispatched on a pallet. Once it arrived into the delivering depot it was removed from the pallet and the trims delivered with a sub-contracted driver. This isn't acceptable and we have raised this with them. The delivery process info is on the website prior to placing the order, and in the email when the invoice is sent. We also sent you an extra email and verbally told you that the drivers handball the items from the lorry to someone able bodied. This is how curb side pallet deliveries work.
We note that there were issues with this delivery and are working hard with the couriers to make sure it doesn't happen again.
We have taken full responsibility for these courier issues, and offered to refund you in full, or re-send the order again with a different courier which is what you opted for. This has now been fully delivered as promised.
Apologies that this happened on your order, as explained its the first time this has happened with our couriers removing items from a strapped pallet, and we have things in place to make sure it doesn't happen again.

Fast to respond to any query you may have , even faster to ship out samples to you, and then ,mega mega fast to dispatch my order which arrived the following day. I ordered a few sheets of storm grey gloss for a small project I have to do. Highly recommended company and I would order again without hesitation.

Great alternative if looking for a kitchen splashback
Stumbled across this company while tying to find an alternative splashback product (for kitchen) to the over priced scratchy Alusplash.
Had a few email communications with Kellie who was extremely helpful and always replied in quick time. Samples sent out to me, ordered the product Sunday, it was delivered Tuesday lunchtime and fitted by dinner time.
7 days from first inquiry to having it installed in my home. Excellent service.
I ordered the 2.5mm solid pvc in Willow (1200x2400). It was easy to cut with my track saw (using an 80 tooth blade) and socket apertures I used my jigsaw with a fine blade that is used for cutting metal. Just need to put clear glass splashback behind the hob.
If you are looking for splashback give this company a look. I am sure you won’t be disappointed.

3 days late and wrong items
Ordered and paid for next day delivery on the Monday, didn't turn up until the Thursday afternoon, when it did arrive the order was wrong and was told by the lousy customer service I had to write an email just to get half of a refund , would never use again.
