The whole experience was bad. Very little guidance. Out solicitor had a major attitude problem. And lack of common manners. Over All if I had to use solicitors again I would NOT use wixted and co.

A Satisfactory Outcome
They dealt with what could have been a tricky claim very well. My only reservation was that there was over 6 months delay in starting the process, but there could have bee a good reason for this.
Effecient & Successful
Wixted & Co - yes they processed my claim in a timely manner, yes they were reasonably efficient, although I did have to chase them a little at times but I was really happy with what they did, kept me relatively informed of what they were doing & how they were doing it.
I was also really pleased with the outcome, I was expecting about £3000 (I was thinking I'd like £5-6,000 thinking I wouldn't get it) but I received £5980 which I was really happy with
I've put four stars as I did have to chase them a little at some stages but I would still happily recommend them to friends

A VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
In December 2011, I slipped in a restaurant and broke my leg. I needed some advice. I phoned Wixted and Co and right from the start, they offered me the support I was looking for. They guided me through the procedure of making a claim for compensation from the restaurant owners.( I lost my job as a result of my injuries) The solicitor assigned to my case was Mark and he was the most kind and considerate person I could have asked for. In August 2014, my case went to court and we were successful in our compensation claim (with the help of our barrister Richard). I would recommend Wixted and Co to anyone who was looking to seek advice from a solicitor.
poor company grrrrr
My experience was not good the initial claim was handled initial by a person who lacked experience they failed to gather information further down the line a more experienced person was engaged and then discovered the missing details not good

efficient trustworthy owing to circumstances achieved the best outcome I could hope for
My personal injury case lasted eight and a half years, it was a very in depth and involved case because of long term disabilities and my future needs all had to be taken into consideration.
Over this time I also went through some sixteen operations, spinal surgery and operations to my right ankle, during this time I was not able to work, my solicitor done all he could to help me by securing small interim payments which helped lift the burden of debt and worries of general living.
Wixted and Co Solicitors are in my opinion one of the best, I was kept well informed throughout my case, the final outcome was better than I could have hoped for, Thanks to Pradeep and everyone who worked on my case

Was certainly happy with Wixted and Co dealing with my case. Would highly recommend them to anyone. They kept me updated with everything that was going on.
Another Client ?
Felt like a number, not a person. Wixted went through the motions and got the job done, but at no point did I feel a valued customer.
