I was surprised to find such a helpful company an so quickly did they resolve our problem. When I began looking for helpful advice they directed me in the correct direction and explained to me who had so little knowledge of the system what was possible

I contacted Wixted & Co Solicitors after seeing an advert in the newspaper.
They then rang me back. I was then asked questions to clarify my claims and assigned a solicitor (Aston Fitzgibbon). My claims were for Industrial Hearing Loss and Vibration White Finger. Aston either rang or wrote to me to get all the details required to proceed, he then dealt with the companies concerned and kept me informed at all stages of the process. When any offer was made he would inform me and discuss what to do and whether to accept. I was very happy with the service which I received and the outcome, as I received a settlement for both cases. Hi my name is chris, on 22/12/2011 I had an accident at work which caused a severe injury to my left lower leg. This renderd me practicaly unable to walk over the christmas period, meaning that as a grown man I had to relly on the help of my family for all the things I would normally do for myself. Not nice at any time of year but being christmas it created a bit of an atmosphere in the family, as you can imagine.
Shortly after christmas I contacted claims for you to see if there was a way I could be recompenced for my injury & discomfort. My injury was caused by my employer not giving me any form of training for working at height, thus resulting in me loosing my footing & falling through the large industrial fan that I was trying to chain down ready for transporting. Without going into detail, I sustained severe damage to my left lower leg. I was fortunate not to fall from my truck to the floor where the consequences could have been a lot more severe if not fatal.
Wixted & co (claims for you) acted very swiftly & professionally in arranging everything for me from medical help to legal help.
Without their help I doubt I would have got any form of compensation.
The aim of my claim was not to see how much I could get out of my former employer but simply to try to stop this kind of accident from happening to anyone else. It is very important to recieve the correct training for whatever kind of job you do to save yourself or anyone else from any kind of accident.
