Got scammed out of 32.85
Got scammed out of 32.85. Had my service supposedly activated and went to go get my privilege key and could not access there website at all nothing would pop up. Emailed them and got a message back saying they would not refund me at all well this is my 1st of what is gonna be a lot of reviews on the internet for this trash company. If I was anyone I would not waste my money with them...…. Gameservers.com and streamline servers are way better.

Jason .. Jason .. Jason. You never got scammed. You received your service, within 1 minute of the order. You entered into the control panel and you also used your server. Look at all of these reviews complimenting us of our service. Maybe they also got scammed?
Nah .. we provide a service and depend that everyone who rents a service from us abides by the Terms of Service which you did agree to before you could rent a service. No one forced you to agree to the Terms of Service. No one forced you to place your credit card information on our website. No one forced you to enter and use your service. You did this all on your own.
So you agreed to the Terms of Service and we agreed to do our part, and we have. These agreements are in place so we both do our part when conducting business. This is the norm.
What is not normal is the lies people tell when trying to scam others. You're the one scamming, not us. For instance, show us that video? Right ...
But I do have a video, the one I sent you, which you viewed. You even replied to the ticket.

By the way, here is Jason's response to our video:
"Like I said before I have no problem with the fact that u did not do refunds at the time but I am very unhappy with the fact that for one I could not get into your website to get my key so I coulod use the service and I have taken videos that show what your website has done and I don't care about the charge but take me off your payment schedule and I will just take the 32.85 charge as just a waste of time and if my card gfets charged again from you I will be getting legal aid."
So did we scam Jason or did Jason receive his service? Now I rebuttal these negative reviews when clients are not telling the truth. It blows my mind how he claimed he was locked out when he was using the service. Amazing.

Clanwarz has been responsive and their prices are reasonable. I have had a great experience using their service and they are always willing to help, even when I may be a little bit ignorant.
