Terrible service received. i set up and paid for a server, everythings was up and running as expected and then within 10 minutes the server was dead, my account wasnt working, could not log in.

created support ticket, no reply, my account doesnt work at all now and ihave had no communication regarding a refund or fix.

worst customer suppot i have received ever.

I am new to using server hosts but can definitly recommend Clanwarz. Easy to use and excellent support!

Servers are working perfectly , i am here for allmost a year and a half with my teamspeak server , i am dealing with no problems .

I've only had the service for a short amount of time and I'm already blown away by the prices and service provided. Support was extremely helpful solving issues and even talked to me one on one to help resolve the issue! None of the companies I've dealt with in past 5 years have been this helpful and straightforward.

So i had a problem with my game that i`m playing. In my game i had to use TeamSpeak 3 to talk with the people we are playing with. So in one day we lost it the TeamSpeak server we had because it was blocked because it was too much spam. So i needed to find a new one so i found ClanWarz and he helped me with all i needed and now nobody its spamming my IP anymore, of if they do spam i`m all protected by ClanWarz.

Amazing support, i ask some questions and receive my answer in 3h max, so this its my server provider for sure!! Great job guys ^^

Let's update this review - the one star is not going to change one bit.

This company is by fare the worst company i ever rentet anything ad.

So why are ClanWarz a company you should stay away from?

First of all, we rented a server set the location to Denmark, but they ended up delivering a server in a nother country then Denmark, thats the first issue (No transparency, you can't trust what you select)

Later on we had issues with laggy quality, whelp they offered to move us to a different server, we refused, the fixed the issue and it worked, now and then the laggy quality returned.

Then we had a day suddenly we could not connect to the TeamSpeak, until we found out they changed the IP of the server with out even giving notification about this, we did not reach out to them just fixed things and used the service again.

The laggy quality returned again, and i was pissed i know i did not drop the f bomb like they want you to belive i said "what the f...." that they translate that in to the F bomb is there issue, the word in Denmark is just a normal word to use then you are annoyed.

Then they moved location of our teamspeak great! Things worked, buuut they got hurt over the bad review and there difination of me using the f bomb, so they decided to terminate the service even wrote 25th of december, so right now it's the 24th of december, they terminated the service.

That is a clear breach of contract, and there main reason is because of a trust pilot review, hope trust pilot will block them from replying to there service, since it's crap terminating an account over a bad review.

So stay clear of ClanWarz!

Bold to try and pull this card - The place your company is located is Arkansas the date is the 24th and the time is about what 11 am, where im located it's the 24th and 6 pm, it's still not the 25th like the message said, so still breach of contract.

And let me spell it out the message said 25th of December and we still got the 24th of December, so no matter what it's a breach of contract, the billing date was the 26th of December.

"Hey, quick question. If we are so bad and horrible, then why did you host with us for a year? Even that lie won't fly."

You did a okay job at hosting, teamspeak is teamspeak, and it's not something major like dedicated hosting.... But it dos not change what you did wrong, and your are clearly not able to look at your own faults here, and only able to see "my faults"

Both sides got faults but terminating over a review im speechless - and i did not wanna change my review until i was 100% sure the service was working like expected.

And i stand by my first review, even tho it was written when i was pissed.

1) You still closed a support ticket.
2) You still changed the ip of the server with out informing me.
3) You still changed the access information for the TS3 Controle Panel again with out informing me.

"Careless company, that cares 0 about there costumers, if you get a attitude because of there fuckups, they close your support tickets with out resolving the issue.

The thing is they changed the ip of a server with out informing us, they failed to bring back access to there controle panel.

When you then get laggy performance of a teamspeak 3 service you pay for, and you contact them and realize the screwed over your account, and get abit of attitude they just close the support ticket with out resolving it.

Nice going...."

And please do read the other 1 stared reviews, there is a pattern in there way of defending them self when they get a bad review.

They never use time on saying thanks to thos doing a positive review funny enoguh.

And please do tell me what is a "lie" in all of this, nothing is a lie everything is the truth.

So thats new information you put on the table here, to try and defend your self, wauw amazing, this is not something you EVER mentioned in any of the support tickets, not even in an email.

And where the heck should i know from it's ladies working there? Is this yet another trick to try and make me look bad in all of this?

I do agree i had an attitude, but your attitude over a review, trying to call a customer a lier, even tho it's facts, trying to make the customer look bad in every single way you can, what do you call that then?

I was having some issues with the ts3 server not allowing me to upload icons. One of the staff members join the ts3 server and provided alot of help. I really appreciate what he did. Thanks :D!

Jay's a great guy. The owner personally walked me through getting my domain name switched to Cloudflare and taught me about DNS configurations.

I don't like to use the term "perfect"...but ClanWarz is just that. You get such a bang for your buck. I have had them as my host for TeamSpeak a few years now, and I couldn't imagine using anyone else. I have only ever had my server go down ONCE. They are professional, they solve issues and questions quick. I have even had the pleasure of having Jay in my teamspeak to assist with a problem, and once finished he was able to stick around and chat for a bit. Overall, they are great to work with, and if you're not using ClanWarz...you're doing it wrong. I would recommend them to anyone looking for voice servers, web servers, game servers, etc.

Clanwarz has been very helpful with our community, great customer service, friendly and prompt. The guy who was helping us was very knowledgeable. Thank you!

my experience with clanwarz was amazing, they were really helpful and made sure that we fully understood what he was telling us. They are really friendly and make people feel involved and welcome! definitely reccomend!

Overall the Clanwarz admin that has visited the teamspeak over the past few days has helped us extremely, to the point where he was on the ts for 15+ hours fixing the PUGsetup admin. Now that is called dedication :)
Credit is served where due and I would happily have the same support member again

Had some issues with my billing, and wrote a support ticket, and it was answered within 10min..

Now its all fixed, Jay aka Superman, showed all my info and what was wrong and how he fixed it.

Jay was very good at explaining, and spoke a nice and calm, so i could clearly understand it all, even thou English is second language.

I have to say, I was actually shocked at how completed this experience was. I have purchased servers for TS3 and many game servers in the past, and I have yet Toni teract with a human. This gentleman took time to personally walk me through the setup and then walked me through many features to help get me started. Really a top notch experience!
