I have been operating game servers for many years with several different hosting providers. I must say that after my first encounter with the support staff here I will always use Clanwarz from now on.
I ordered a new game server and was having an issue connecting to the server. I contacted support and got a reply right away from Jay Vasallo. We spent the next 2 days and half the night trying to resolve this issue. Jay invited me to speak with him on discord and we went through step by step in an effort to resolve. He made several videos for me showing how to use the control panel and even how to set up a connection through steam. He upgraded my server to a higher RAM, at his own expense, to see if that might be the issue. Jay went way out of his way to help me and in the end he figured it out and the server connection was made.
Anyone using Clanwarz who submits a support ticket will be extremely lucky if Jay is the one they get a reply from. He never gives up and will go the extra miles it takes to resolve an issue.
I am extremely satisfied with Clanwarz and especially the tenacity of Jay Vassallo.... WELL DONE JAY

Tried to open an ticket asking some questions about their server specs, since all you are informed with is slots and disc space.

Within minutes they just close my ticket.
I reopen it asking them why they just closed it, minutes after my ticket was deleted.

Im not gonna even try to be a customer at a company like this that doesnt even wanna answer a simple ticket asking for what specs i will get on my server if i order by you.

EDIT: Response. If you dont want people to make tickets without an account, maybe dont allow people to make an ticket without one. Thats on you and the fact you just closed it and deleted it is not nice and a big red flag.

Your excuse that i didnt contact you the other ways doesnt matter when the first expirence you give me is closing the tickets you allow me to create and then deleting them. Its a giant red flag.

For me is the best server provider for gamers. They are very good and works fast and well. 100% recommend.

User since the turn of the century and happy customer since 2006. I wish I had more tickets, because Jay is such a nice guy, but the services are too reliable. It's rare to get this kind of customer service anywhere in life. Superfast service. Superfast servers.

Wanted to host a BRINK server but sadly wasnt able to (old game, unsuported by developrs), customer support was brilliant, if I needed any other servers hosted i would go to Clanwarz again.

Clanwarz has been great. We have had several issues and the owner himself contacted us and got all the issues squared away. Even added things that weren't originally available. Great prices, great service and even greater people.

Awesome Servers!!! Just bought the first Gaming server from these folks! and it Rocks! COD 2 Old School CTF !!! Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Fast and Easy way to have a Great Game Server. Also, Jay in Teck Support was AWESOME! He made it seamless, and we were up and running in No Time!

I went through various server hosts trying to get a server going for a 20 year old game. The game was essentially abandoned by devs and many server functions only work in current year by using addons created by the community. There is almost no documentation for this game online, let alone anyone to talk to trying to figure out how to do everything.

The support for Clanwarz is the best I've ever had. It's night and day compared to other server hosts. They personally helped me set up a server, troubleshoot, and even programmed a front and back end for installing plugins nice and easy. The ping is great, the people are great, and the games are great; I'll be sticking with this host for a good while I think.

Bought a teamspeak server from here for the first time, great price, had a issue that I needed help with not expecting a reply for at least a few hours due to this being Christmas and the owner got back to me within 5 mins, the response time and support is insane, I suggest these guys for any servers you need

Jay was pretty awesome. I had an addon I wanted installed on the server and he was more than happy to accommodate me. He spent all the time he needed to get it working. This man understands customer service.

I have had a Clanwarz Teamspeak for about a year now and it is by far the best thing ever. I own a fiveM server and we don't home host ours so we rely on hosting services for our TeamSpeak and VPS. The Clanwarz TeamSpeak offers so many quick and easy ways to manage the Teamspeak. Not to mention the customer service is unlike I have ever seen. Our VPS hosting service doesn't give us nearly the same amount of support. If could recommend a hosting service to everyone I know Clanwarz would be the service I recommend to everyone.

I purchase a 5 user TS3 server and paid for the addon for a music bot. After the music bot was marked pending for hours I made a support ticket, just to find out they can't give it to me because "it's not profitable" on there end. But they were offering the service? A staff member then proceeds to join my personal TS3 server and force me a refund without notice. A little confused on why they were offering a package they couldn't provide in the end. Disappointed.

New to this host and im amazed by their customer support who gave me instant help on a saturday night and even logged on to my TS server afterwards to verify that im happy and that my requested changes was working, Top Tier customer support! The control panel available also gives you tons of options and everything is very well thought out.

I've been using them to host a Minecraft server with about 15 players, and it's been an excellent experience. Getting the server started or re-installed with different mods is quick and easy. Customer support is fast, reliable, and friendly. They even extended some available server settings at one point to help me install a mod pack that wasn't available. Highly recommended!
