Sent a ticket and got a fairly quick response, got my minecraft server up and running thanks to a very helpful freindly guy through voice chat on teamspeak, would 100% recommend clanwarz if you need servers!

Bad Company! service never worked from get go. Does not respond support tickets. acts like large company actually a little ma pa company. The do not honor the 15 day warranty and try to use the old it a service line on paypal but not setting up a service to work and not fixing it is covered under the fraud policy avoid this company go to fragnet. Responses yo your lie to act like u tried fix this 💯 veryone knows a crap company when they simply try not to fix the issue show the responses to support ticket right u never responded so there are none. Since you sold to me in Iowa enjoy the small claims court case you will have to come to Iowa to respond a honest company fixes not calls customer liar also make sure to post the money being returned to me from PayPal as you did not provide a service or product as they never worked which they call fraud . Like I said post as many response as you like you still never answered in your response when did you not fix the man's server never showed response to support tickets and never honored 15 days warranty of satisfaction. This will cost you more in sales just trying to be stubborn admit you messed up got someone stands up to you and screw a person over for not doing your job as a company. Stop screwing people and trying get aways saying it a service I not have give u money back sound like a real good company. Nice try on your rebuttal I played the tape left on your answering machine oh and check out PayPal they saw and heard the tape of the call and I had screen shots of u not answering the support tickets and PayPal refunded my money as I said you were classified as a fraud and you laughed said not a item they will never refund money! yes they did! Clanwarz is a great hosting service for game servers! They really care about their customers and try to meet the needs of everyone. I had a small hiccup with my game server and one of the staff talked me through everything and we came to a solution. Would highly recommend, great prices!

I have been a client for over 2 years now. The servers are great, and the problems I have had have been quickly resolved by the excellent staff members.

Brilliant customer support, we had an issue that was sorted out by the owner. Now if that isn't good I do not know what is!!!

I've now had teamspeak servers from them now for several months works like a clock and when something actually goes wrong the support is there to help. The support is very helpful and polite. I recommend using them as host if you ever plan to rent a server!

Messaged Clanwarz with a simple query, ended up changing suppliers and moving to them full time. Jay went out of his way and well above and beyond what a normal supplier would do to assist me getting my custom TS3 server address up and running. He took all the frustrations i had away instantly and knew exactly how to achieve my goal. Absolutely blown away by the speed and ease at which all of this was done. Looking forward to a long tenure with this company! A game service company run by gamers, its like a match made in heaven <3

Absolutely incredible support - I had an issue with a disgruntled ex-member of mine whom still had access to my TS3 server back end. Lisa went ABOVE AND BEYOND to fix my issue for me. Mind you this was at 10:30PM on a FRIDAY NIGHT!! She came on on TS3 server, she backed up my icons, restored my permissions, restored a prior backup and all I had to do to was sit back and wait.

Not only is their support incredible but folks their control panel is second-to-none. I am a customer for life. Thanks so much!

Amazing staff!, always ready to help you out 24/7. Great with technical support. Lisa is very kind and respectful and will make sure that you're left without any questions after you speak with them.

Worst experience ever with customer service. I asked them if they would price match a company and was told, why would we price match a fake company. Following that called in to complain to a supervisor, Was then told by the Owner/Supervisor "Since you are under 21, you don't have a right to complain." Then got hung up on. WILL DEFINITELY NEVER GET SERVICE FROM THEM. No wonder where the sales agents got their crappy service from... THE OWNER!!
