I contacted live chat support to request information about buying a web host. I was trying to put my domain in after the report in chat and lady Lisa said to buy a plan above, and I replied that it did not need much space that the foreground would be more than enough.
I recommend that you explain to that lady what are manners.

Easy to get the server quick to setup and quick response to any questions that you ask! Iv been hosting off of clanwarz for a while and love it its cheap and a good service over all.

This man dedicated about an hour of his free time to come and help us with our server. He really helped us out and showed his expertise in the area of coding and server knowledge. Great Customer Service!

I was really pleased with the service technically until I asked them for help with using their domains.
Their customer service is short, sharp and dismissive with answers like "go read the instructions again" likely. They seem to regard customers queries as absolutely unwlecome and will punish you if you complain!

After I complained about the customer service, they shut down my account without notice while I still had a server and over £25 in credit.

Unbelievable behaviour!

I have been a client of Clanwarz for a long time and no other company even comes close. Clanwarz has had downtimes and we have had disagreements from time to time but Jay and his wonderful staff have always gone beyond what most companies would to help make sure my teamspeak and game servers are running flawlessly. If I have an issue most tickets have been answered within half an hour if not faster and when there are problems Jay and his awesome staff usually explain whats going on and they work tirelessly to make sure it gets fixed as fast as possible. Clanwarz is a company that cares about their clients and they will do their best to make sure their clients are happy and satisfied!!!

Great service, rarely had problems with their teamspeak servers. If I did have a problem, they would fix it right away.

Absolutely amazing service. They're always super quick when there's an issue and there's rarely an issue. Three minute downtime from when I sent in a ticket to when someone was in my server helping us. Great!

I have no issues with ClanWarz / TeamSpeak. It's easy to understand & use, and the Voice Over Internet works just fine.

Well, I've been around and this is the first one that was good enough that I noticed I didn't need anything to be fixed.

The server is much more reliable and has clearer audio than I have ever experienced on MANY other TS servers.

It's fun to use.

The ClanWarz Team was very helpful in setting up and configuring the server. An admin from their team even logged in and spoke with me about the service and helped me get the initial configuration complete.
