I ordered shoes on 10th

I ordered shoes on 10th. Aug. and on 20th. I was still awaiting delivery despite having received an email to say the shoes had been dispatched and could follow the order on tracker, only to be told that it was unavailable, I went back to the shop today and asked for my money to be returned which they did. I have just received an email which said that they returned unused which is totally untrue.

Shoes were delivered a whole size…

Shoes were delivered a whole size smaller than I ordered. No email address or number on line for issues- eventually found a customer service daily address but not sure if this is manned as no reply. Refunded the item cost but not the postage, despite being their error and the only item I purchased.

Shoes, as well as being the wrong size, seemed much cheaper than the ones I'd usually buy at Clarks so not really much of a bargain anyway. Disappointed as expected more from a Clarks company

Where is my money???

37 days after I returned the shoes, 30 days since I contacted Clarks for the first time. No refund, and no reply to my emails.
I need that money to purchase shoes, I'm far from being rich!
PayPal is useless, I contacted them and they couldn't do a thing!
Thanks Clarks for making a disabled person's life hell!!!

Clarks blocked my email address!!

EDIT2:
I have raised a dispute with my bank, and provided them with evidences(screenshots of purchase proof + pictures of return receipt...etc) and they were able to refund me.

But...

You will not believe what Clarks did!
They replied to my emails right after my bank got in touch with them, "thanking me for reaching to them"(HA.HA), and asked me to provide evidence of return(the same evidence my bank sent to them!!), so I did that.
Clarks replied by saying that they issued me with a refund!
COMPLETE LIE!!! They never refunded me; the only money I received was credited directly from my bank!
These are GANGSTERS!!

Worst customer service i have ever seen

I made my order from clarks outlet on the 3rd of july and still haven't received it. Its been very frustrating, I have been calling and emailing but no respond. The funds has been taken out of my account. I dont know if i have been scammed.  I would appreciate any advice of how to get my funds back.

Clarks have not replied to my e-mail sent 15 days ago
They do not have manned phone lines, so they are totally impossible to contact

My terrible experience is similar to other reviews here.
Update:
I looked up the directors for C&J Clark on gov.co.uk
I then used google to find the director e-mails and e-mailed them
I received an e-mail referring to a refund 23 minutes later.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. Emailed over 6 weeks ago regarding shoes that where returned as haven't been refunded. Emailed 8 times in total still awaiting response to any of the emails. Phoned store told me they don't have details. Phoned customer service number no longer in use. I was told by staff to contact trading standards. This is 100% genuine.

Avoid at all cost not worth hassle and will never see money again as it is impossible to get any help

Zero Customer Service!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes online. Unfortunately all 4 were unsuitable so I returned for a refund. I then receive a refund for only 2 pairs! There is no telephone number on their website & the ‘contact us’ link is broken!
I’ll speak with my credit card company on Monday but I have no intentions of using this company ever again!

They advertise "Free Returns" but I returned a pair of Boots 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for a refund.
My recent email has not been answered so I have claimed a charge back from my card issuer.
Lousy customer service. Avoid like the plague !
I finally received a refund after 3 emails and nearly 2 months. One star review stands !

I’m very disappointed with my…

I’m very disappointed with my experience from Clark’s outlet. First after few days I got an email saying that shoes I’ve chosen were out of stock and I will get the money back soon.( which I did) second pair of who use from the order has never arrived. After sending 3 email and trying to call ( with no luck) I’ve finally got response from them saying that I’m going to have my money back. No sorry or we apologise just that I’m getting refund. Honestly I will never order from them again.

Still waiting for full refund

I ordered 4 x pairs of shoes for choice/fit. I kept 1 x pair and returned 3 x pa irs, but was only credited for 2 pairs.
I contacted customer service and PayPal to resolve this.
Witney from Customer service replied saying the refund had now been raised and would be Sent 3-5 working days, I also received automated email to confirm this, however I have not received the refund and they are not replying to my emails.
In the meantime, I have had a reply from via PayPal requesting tracking info, but for all 4 pairs, even though they have received the returns parcel, as they had refunded 2 x pairs. I only need refund for 1 x pair, I wish I'd never ordered from them and don't feel confident this will get resolved, as they clearly can't understand the request/issue.

Great customer service when return went astray

Had to contact Clark’s outlet after Hermes lost my returns parcel. Although there was a delay in actually getting a response, once I did the lady from Clark’s outlet who called me was very helpful, polite and resolved my issue at once and included a goodwill gesture without any prompt due to the difficulties I had. Very pleased as having read the reviews on Hermes once an issue occurs, I was not hopeful and getting an agreeable solution. Thanks clarks. Sadly I wrote down the ladies names but have managed to lose it.

I ordered a 2 piece of shoes to gave a gift to my friend .every things goes normal ordered processed I got acknowledgement about the order I told to my friend I bought a gift for you soon I would gave u. Payment from my account also been deducted but after 2 days later I have seen they cancelled the order without any reason and in my account no trace of identification of payment deduction it leads to me stress and frustration how I convinced gift to my friend I try number of platform including third party complain and clark outlet complain all were on one page we would never reply you they all kept silent I don't know where I go there phone line also not working still now.

Where is customer service?

I have used Clarks outlet online before with no problems, but have not received an order placed in mid January and despite repeated emails and messages submitted online, have had no response.
So irritating as quality and sizing still good, but customer service non existent.
Get your act together Clarks as this customer is fed up and will regretfully have to buy footwear elsewhere in future.
Quite ironic that my name is Imelda, and older people will recall that Imelda Marcos was known for the number of pairs of shoes she had!

Metrocentre

Metrocentre - Clark’s.
I visited the store on Sunday as I realised my youngest son was struggling walking, tripping over air with the shoes he had been sold back in October, to then be told the shoes he was sold in the store were a size and a half too big. At the time, we were told he had a high arch on his foot, and there was only one boot which would support this, therefore we had to ‘size up’. However, I was served by a young girl, Emily, polite and overly helpful and patient with my son. She brought out many different options and my son was highly pleased. I couldn’t have expected better customer service for my son who struggles to concentrate so I would like to thank her for her great help at Clark’s

Visited the clarks outlet in Hatfield

Visited the clarks outlet in Hatfield. Variety of shoes was reasonable but the customer service was shocking. Staffed by a bunch of teenagers who were more interested in standing round the till chatting/playing on their phones than serving customers. Wearing hoodies and jeans I had to check if they actually worked there! I expected better from clarks, even if it is an outlet shop.

What appaling service

What appaling service. Cannot belive how bad a once great company like Clarks has become. Failed twice to deliver orders. Does not reply to emails. Cannot phone as no number (wonder why!!). Will never buy Clarks shoes again.
Don't waste your time using them.
