Ordered a pair of shoes 2 days ago and…

Ordered a pair of shoes 2 days ago and the order is still shown as processing.Clarks are no longer the great institution they once were.Terrible customer service and poor quality products .We bought some school shoes from a Clarks shop and had to be returned AFTER ONE DAY because they were falling apart.Terrible attitude in the shop as well by the staff.

Still Waiting for my order

I want to give a 0 star rating, I ordered a bag on 04.01.22. I'm still waiting although the money has been taken from my account.
I've been sent a Hermes Tracking Number on the 11th and the status hasn't changed in a week. Still says we're expecting it ?
I tried to leave a message on the Clarks Outlet website , but I got a message back saying unavailable.
I've e-mailed them and still waiting for a reply. I have been buying from Clarks for over 30 years and this isn't good enough. it's putting me off placing my next order.
Terrible Customer Service and still no solution.

If I could give no stars I would do.
I purchased a pair of boots in November returned via Hermes 2nd dec 21 . Told to wait 21 days before I could chase for a refund . I chased only to be told send all the proof of return which I did .
Now on my 5th email trying to get a refund . They just ignore all communication via email . I’ve tried to phone only to be told they don’t have a phone line and only accept email or post enquiries.
AVOID BUYING FROM CLARKS OUTLET
They are just another company who hide behind emails hoping you will go away and they can pocket your money .

Item never arrived

Item never arrived. Order end of November, advised shipped a week later but nothing has arrived. No response from customer services. Now putting a claim in against Clarks. Won't use again. Awful service.

Delays and no answers. Avoid

Placed an order over two weeks ago and still no sign of my delivery. Clarks claim to have shipped the goods eight days ago (a full week after the order was placed) but myHermes claim not to have received it until 4 days later. Two days after this my order was supposed to be ready for delivery but appears to have gone into reverse since then and tracking shows it to be back to the same status as four days ago. Clarks online help tells you that it can take up to 7 days for a reply and myHermes digital assistant quite simply does not answer questions. Both Clarks Outlet and myHermes are completely and utterly useless. Avoid

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes - After 1 week refund received on 1 pair with no contact or explanation or apology.
Received contact saying the 1 pair available would be 3 days late taking a total of 10 days to arrive.
For comparison my Last Amazon delivery took 12 hours.
Wonder why Customer Service have no Tel Number ?

Good service received

After reading all of the negative reviews on here I was very anxious about A. My returned items and B. the recent order I had placed. But it turned out that I had no reason to be concerned as my order arrived ( later than expected but I received a text from Clark’s to advise that there was a delay ) and my refund has been processed.

Non existent customer service!

Ordered a pair of shoes on 11/11/21, received an e-mail on 17/11/21 to say they were being despatched and I also got a tracking number and email from Hermes. I was charged for them on 17/11/21. Now we are on 6/12 and no delivery and no updated tracking. I’ve sent 2 emails and have not had a reply. I’ve tried to find a phone number but they no longer take calls! Unbelievable! So it’s fine to take my money and me get nothing. Non-existent customer service! Will never order from them again.

Trustworthy

Quick to deliver / suitably packed. Good got a del times window slot.

Some good offers and saves going to their stores as stock varies there.

They do send out too many emails though. Sometimes more than 1 a day.

No shoes and no answer

Ordered some shoes on the 7th of November, still no shoes and no reply after I got in touch through their contact form. There´s no number to call, although they say you can write them a letter (!!!???) I´ve raised a dispute with Paypal, and also made a complaint to the ICO as they won´t stop sending me marketing emails even though I´ve unsubscribed at least 5 times. Outrageous behaviour.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Placed an order on 4th Nov, on 16th Nov, still "processing" No contact whatsoever, tried to contact them via contact form on their website, which is the only way available to contact them, no phone or webchat, NO response, horrible customer service, ACTUALLY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !

Avoid like the plague

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. Delivered late. Neither fit. Arranged to return. Courier of their choice, Hermes, was due to collect Monday 12-2. Took time off work. Didn't turn up. Emailed me to say they tried to collect 12-2 and I wasn't in. CCTV shows no one rang the bell. Same again Tuesday. Same again today. Three days off work and not collected. Emailed Clarks to have autoreply saying they'll reply in 7 working days. They chose the cheapest courier and this is the result, a peed off customer who won't buy Clarks shoes ever again and two pairs of shoes I can't return.
Edit: Clarks emailed back only to suggest I take the parcel to a Hermes delivery point, missing my point that the courier didn't show up to collect 3 times in a row.
Courier collected Thursday. Refund finally processed a shocking 28 days later. Spent £88, was refunded £83. No idea why they kept a fiver!?!

Avoid. They keep your returns but don’t refund

I’ve ordered from Clarks outlet a few times and have never had any issues. I recently ordered and returned two pairs of boots and still have not received a refund. The boots were sent back on the 17th sept. I have tried to contact them 4 times to discuss but they have never gotten back to me. There is just a contact form, no contact details listed. I’m contacting my credit card for the refund as I have the tracking to prove I returned them.

No refund !!!

If I could I wouldn’t even give one star they don’t deserve it. The customer service is terrible, I returned shoes on the 15th September and had no refund. I contacted them numerous times, at first they didn’t even reply and then they found various excuses to avoid refunding. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone to buy shoes from this company .

No contact

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes to get best fit. After returning one pair there was no refund, no reply to different methods of contact & no telephone number to speak to a person. I’m sure they would have kept my money had I not took an alternative method to gain my refund. I will not buy from them again & would not recommend if you need to make returns.

Absolutely appalled that the staff are…

Absolutely appalled that the staff are outside the wharehouse having to strike for fair terms and conditions.

Embarrassment to the Clark family.

Management should get a grip and get out there and sort this dispute.

This is no way to look after your employees.
