Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience, they sent me broken pair of shoes that I needed to return and for some unknown reason the return ended up in the wrong place - I used Clarks return sticker provided !!! Customer service absolutely aweful. Do not buy from them!
Zero customer service
If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from Clarks Outlet but returned the shoes as they did not fit my son. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not yet received a refund or any acknowledgment to my numerous attempts to contact customer service. The customer service number is not being used at the moment meaning you cannot speak to someone. Absolutely disgraceful, will not order from them again.
Awful awful non existent customer service
I bought shoes and returned them.
4 months later eventually refunded by my credit card. Clarks did not reply to any emails and did not action a refund.
Something odd going on with them.
Poor service all around
On the homepage, there was a banner advertising 20% off on adult shoes. The same banner appeared on the checkout page and all I had to do was enter the discount code. I did this only to be told the code was invalid. I tried several times but no luck. To be fair, there was a footnote on the banner stating Ts & Cs applied but this note didn't link to a page explaining the Ts and Cs. I emailed customer service to find out what was happening but got no reply even a week later. Anyway, I couldn't wait any longer so I went ahead and ordered the shoes at the advertised price.
When the shoes arrived, the leather was somewhat creased. The reason for this was because Clarks hadn't bothered to stuff the shoes with crumpled paper so they could keep their shape.
Aside from the delivery, which was fine, this was a disappointing experience and I doubt I'll be shopping with Clarks online again.

Awful customer service by Clark’s, which reading other reviews seems to be the tend. I’ve sent 5 emails and not one response!! No contact number and the live chat is not for the Clark’s outlet. I will now have to take this to trading standards! Seriously poor customer service. Avoid at all costs
Great Customer service by Candice
I had ordered shoes from the clarks outlet online. I had to return shoes due to the wrong fit and I returned through Hermes. But I was not refunded even after 5 weeks. I had also complained through Clarks outlet contact form but had not got response from them. Finally, through a chatbot, my problem was resolved swiftly by Candice. Great Customer service. Thanks again Candice.
MY LEATHER SHOE SPLIT LIKE PLASTIC!
I visited Clarks Factory Shop, Peckham branch on Wednesday and bought 4 pairs of shoes. Thursday, I wore a new pair called Blanche Garry. Unfortunately, by 3 pm, I noticed that the leather did split like cheap plastic! (The pair was not on sale, and was the correct size)
At 17:30, I went back to the shop, for a refund. A simple matter I thought.
The manager said: I don’t understand what happened to your shoes, you won’t get a refund, but you can exchange the shoes. She totally bypassed my statutory rights.
Her lack of understanding should not be an issue. The shoes are not fit for purpose. They only lasted half a day before splitting like plastic. I should get a refund that’s basic consumer rights law.
The manager also told me she didn’t get through customers service on the phone
and gave me the details to chase them myself!
The lack of customer service onsite is a big turn off. I should not have to chase them offsite for the simple refund of a faulty good. When I spent my money yesterday it was onsite. Now I want a refund it is offsite. This situation is not acceptable.
On Friday, I am going to return the other pairs of shoes I bought because if there is something wrong with them within a day, I can’t trust Clarks to sort it out onsite. All I had was pure aggravation that put me off buying from Clarks again.
Appalling customer support
I have attempted to contact Clarks Outlet Store twice using their online contact form. They did not even have the decency to respond to either. I will now have to attempt a charge back. I will not ever buy anything from them again.

Terrible customer service - avoid
No refund for over a month after returning two pairs of school shoes and no reply to my emails until I started a complaint with Paypal. Even then the refund took another week to come through. They don't deserve even one star!
Creased shoes no customer service
Bought a pair of shoes from them the shoes were all creased I sent pictures of the shoes had a really impersonal message came back saying either return them or keep them I asked them for a partial refund as the creases were bad very very bad communication skills from them it’s the first time I’ve had a problem buying from them and I thought a lot of shoes over the years they just didn’t care what is going on With these big companies

Doesn’t deserve one star ! Shoes returned nearly 4 weeks ago and no refund or response to 5 emails. Have contacted trading standards and expecting call back on Monday. They said they have had countless complaints about this company. I am not going to let this go. Worst company ever and taking peoples hard earned money. Looking forward to Monday!
SCAM!
Same issue as everyone else it seems! Bought 2 pairs of school shoes for over £50 and returned a month ago via Hermes who have delivered successfully. No response from several emails sent and no sign of my refund. I am in the process of reporting to trading standards. SCAM

No refund - apalling company
Same problem echo'ed by everyone else, returned shoes 3 weeks ago, hermes tracking doesn't show they've received them back and they send the generic 21 days refund letter. A company living in the past holding on to customers money unnecessarily. Using Covid as a reason you can't speak to anyone
