From the initial meeting with Allen, Claro Print were straight forward and easy to deal with. The items I asked for were quoted quickly, once the go ahead was given the team at Claro Print swung into action. Within the same day I had the quote acceptance, the artwork and the invoice (which I requested). Within a day I had approved everything and the order was off to print. I was given a clear delivery timescale and the order was delivered early. Allen was back on the phone just to check everything arrived and I was happy. He was also looking for ways they could have improved the service - nothing to report, service was 5 star. Will definitely be using Claro Print again and recommending them as well.
