I had a large print run that needed to be delivered to a deadline for a client's event. A mix up by the courier two days before the event left boxes undelivered and the client facing the prospect of not having the materials they needed.

Jamie worked to find the missing boxes and have them delivered on time. As always, he was responsive and clear in his communication and the problem was resolved that afternoon. The client received their delivery on time and were exceedingly happy with the quality of the print.

easy to deal with and easy to send graphic.
However delivery came 2 days after the arranged date which was already over a week from ordering. they refused to discount or arrange express delivery.
