Cheap quality products at exorbitant prices. Clas Ohlson *used* to be a semi-decent place to get various knick-knacks of decent quality; Nowadays it's more reminiscent of a street-vendor in some former Eastern European bloc, except that these prices are inflated to the point of extreme. I can find literally the exact same products on-line, just without their 'branding' for 300-400% cheaper. That of course says little about the quality of their products, but as they are supposed to be 'cheap' and 'available for the masses', all you get is really, really, really cheap Chinese products with all the flaws that might entail. If you want cheap Chinese products; Order them from China instead. Clas Ohlosn merely buys the cheapet stuff available in bulk, raise the price by a few thousand percent and then put it on shelves for lesser informed consumers to pay insane prices for cheap plastic, rather than spending a few bucks more to buy some actual quality elsewhere. Or get 20 of the same item delivered directly from China, within a reasonable time-frame.

I’ve always been a fan of Clas Ohlson for all my home improvement needs and fun gadgets! They have a fantastic selection of items that really make projects easier and more enjoyable.

If i cound give - 0 i would happy do that. I havr order some furniture since 4. december 2024. which according to the webside should be here the 7 december 2024. unfortnately they keep delaying and use bad excuses of why they delaying in or what goes wrong in the process. nobody can really answer it. It is a really bad service at all.
Now i want to refund it they said since they cancelled today the order i will be paid shortly i hope tommorow at latest please do yourself a favor go to ikea much better.

I tried to buy a discounted product. However, this product is not available in the closest store to me and can't be shipped either. So, I wanted to know in which store this product is available so I can go there and buy I but this is not possible as well. Basically, you need to search for each city one by one to see if they have or not.
Knowing in which stores the product is available can be the simplest function of each E-commerce website.

Broken shitttstuff direct from start. No refunds untill you came back with broken stuff. Led lights are glued and take them off will destroy the paint. Dasnt meter for them mus be back vith led no helping just to give new one so i can make new conection widouth destroyng paint work. Not rekomed att all.

Never had any problems. Excellent customer service. I'm not sure about the quality of the other reviews here. In one instance I saw a review where they had made such serious spelling errors while mailing Clas Ohlson that it'd be a surprise if the royal mail could deliver. As I said, I never had any problems and I've been a customer for over a decade. The reason for not giving five stars is the fact that they constantly change their inventory. Let's say you buy excellent cleaning products, and then when it's time for a refill it's long gone from the store.

Critically unprofessional company. Made online order with promised delivery up to 5 days. Today it's been 14 days since: no order status, no delivery. Contacted their service, they ask for time to check it and (next promise) that they will get back to me in 2-3h. 5h after that no updates, no information.

Low quality and high price.

Prompt delivery as described. Waived delivery fee and added discount after submitting cart.

Really nice shop, good prices and assortment and super helpful employees, it has been easy to ask for advice and order. Buying here is good every time.

I see many negative reviews here on Trustpilot, and many of those are not living in Sweden. I didn't know they were selling internationally so that surprised me, or maybe they posted on the wrong Clas Ohlson because there were a few when I searched.

Anyhow, I have never had any problems with the company, nice staff and good products, though I have only bought their products in store and not online.

Ordered some small stuff online, which was marked as "begr. antal", so supposedly a few items, but still available. Used a 30 SEK coupon for the purchase. The order got cancelled by them (even though there were items available in the selected store) but the coupon was not put back on my account even after 2 weeks! Seemingly they just don't want me as a customer...

You can't use gift cards while shopping online, very inconvenient. I hope it will be possible to use soon.

Otherwise an ok shop with lots of products and for the things I did buy online, delivery was fast.

Ordered simple filters for windows online and to be picked up in store..The order is delayed..Waited for a couple of days, still no response. Now ordered the same for home delivery, still order is delayed! I don't know what is the problem of these guys, if the items are in stock! Poor service!!

Good company but they seem to struggle with review trolling. All products are voted down even though most are good products

I order a small part from one store and Im still waiting it after 12 days! Really slow customer service and even slower online service!
